OMG, cannot believe this place! I was hired by Eddie Guzman and another personnel manager. He stayed, but she left like so damn fast. I accepted as thought it was a good fit, but then a guy Wayne was hired in as night manager, and was the worst!!!! Was a stupid man to supervise the process. Perverted strange behavior. I was so glad to not work in with the linen women who are CLIQUE department as year or so prior. Despite my departure, I defend my ability and skill knowledge to get hired to perform a really good job for them. Weird will call crew, building is very damp, dirty tents, stained linens, moldy, dried out popcorn and vending machine slushy mixes. Cold place and dark at night, creepy. SO MUCH MOLD on the returned linens - filthy!!!! Bugs, alcohol wreak smell, cigarette burns, wax melting, marks, ripped, very bad condition - I did the laundering and know how gross all the bugs are. Cannot believe how mismatched and old inventory gets sent to events. Many cancelled orders after customers and bridal parties get prices mix ups. DO NOT work for the front office!!!!! Janna is out to ruin you, like she did to me got me fired after very good work! She is sharing the sheets with someone. Ian the owner, is a fruit cake, and the truck team are BAD!! Too many Mexicans.

I had used this company whilst I was an events planner for my last company and they were great. When I tried to use them for my wedding, they were a huge disappointment. I took off of work one morning to meet them at our house so they could scope the backyard for a tent for our reception. The manager, who was supposed to come, was late at first. So I called her offce to inquire of her whereabouts. The person working there said she lived in the mountains and was sure she was on her way. Last I checked it was polite to let people know youre running late. Well she never showed at all, so I left a note on our door telling her that that was unacceptable. She called me hours later, after wasting my morning to apologize and to give her a call. She said it wasnt booked properly by whomever in the office and thats why she never showed. What if that was my wedding that was misbooked?! I didnt even want to think about that. The catering company Im using recommended a small rental company in Longmont. They also said that Rental City had just come under new management or something, and that they forgot chairs for an event they were catering. Nice! and no thank you.

We rented a dance floor and tents from them for our wedding in September. I talked with them 2 days before the event, and verified the address and gave them a phone number for a friend who was going to be there when they dropped off, since I couldnt be. The day of the drop-off came, and they not only went to the wrong address, but they called me (the bride) instead of the person whose number I had given them for that exact purpose. They also dropped off port-o-potties at our event that we hadnt ordered, so I had to call and make them come back and take those away. And then 1 of the 2 pop-up tents we ordered was delivered broken, so we couldnt use it. Luckily, it didnt rain so we didnt need it. We told them about that when they picked up and asked for a refund on our money....which they said theyd do, but didnt. I had to call again to get them to refund the money. Overall, they were friendly to talk to on the phone, and apologetic about all the errors, but seem very disorganized and dont follow through on what they tell you.

Stay away!!! Tried renting some equipment from RC Rentals for my wedding. Experienced just about the worst customer service that I ever have in my life. Next to impossible to get a hold of anyone who knows anything about your rental if you have any questions at all. Not to mention the sound system I rented DID NOT WORK!!! I discovered on my rehearsal dinner that the systems sound quality was so poor that I had to make alternate arrangements at the last minute. Absolutely not what I wanted to deal with the night before my wedding. When I told them about the issue they said that they tested it and pretty much didnt believe me while being very condescending. I asked for a refund and the "manager" that I spoke with seemed as if she was reading the pre-written response for dissatisfied customers given to her my corporate attorneys. No human emotion or empathy what so ever. Recommend using All Event Rentals or Butler Rents instead.

RC rentals, especially Janna, were an absolute pleasure to work with for our recent wedding. Janna was attentive to our every need and the rest of the staff did an excellent job. They were very professional, on time, and had some very good suggestions. Janna took significant amounts of time to help us figure out exactly what we needed—she was familiar with what is available in the area and helped us cut costs and still take care of everything we might need. If you’re planning a wedding, we highly recommend RC Rentals.

I rented tables and chairs for a birthday party in Boulder. Delivery was on time and pickup was quick. some of the tables had some dirt on the legs and tops from the previous user, but it was not a big deal to clean them up. Taylor was helpful and friendly on the phone when scheduling the order. Would use them again and would recommend them for anyone needing rental equipment.

I rented tables and chairs for a holiday celebration last year and was so pleased with the service that I decided to use RC Special Events for my wedding. They did not disappoint. The team was prompt and professional. We rented a big tent, tables, chairs and linens. The place looked beautiful and the staff were so easy to work with. I will happily call them for my next event.

Everything was great except for the $250 outhouse was absolutely nothing that we expected in terms of size and convenience. It was a flush model with a hand wash station and it pretty much quit working soon into the event. The outhouse was a mess and I felt bad for our guests. Pretty large waste of money.

Warning: do not use this company! They cancelled our entire order (over 150 tents) a week before the event with no excuse. They are unprofessional, disorganized and terrible to work with.
