What a frustrating experience from start to finish. They clearly do not need customers, and their communication with them is nonexistent. I started my experience with them in late November 2016 for my August 2017 wedding. I emailed and called multiple times with no response until mid January 2017. Finally, a nice woman on the phone told me that theyd get back to me once the holiday season was over. I had a budget of a little over $10K to do floral, linens, and stage for my wedding. I finally got in touch with Mark Lively who spent nearly half an hour on the phone with me telling me that my budget was adequate for DNM to produce the results I wanted. I sent in the $250 design fee and didnt hear from them again. I called and called and finally got Mark on the phone. He hadnt touched my project. He hastily threw something together and sent it my way. Disappointment is the only Internet appropriate word to use. He also had my bridesmaids using their bouquets as centerpieces. For $10K... I tried going back and forth with them, but the communication was never there. Whenever I called (if they picked up), their excuse was that they were moving to a larger showroom and the customers were "unfortunately on the back burner." Today, I called and I got the same story of being busy. I was beyond frustrated with my experience and stated that I had no interest in doing business with them. Unfortunately, I lost $250 and they lost the ten minutes it took Mark Lively to draw up his design. In short, theyre too big for their britches and dont need or want your money.
