Awesome lifting gym! Good price, 24/7 access. Enough racks and benches to actually use, great bumper plates and platforms! They have cool strongman stuff too, like yokes, atlas stones, farmers walk bars. Strongly recommended if youre following any strength training program, such as Starting Strength, StrongLifts, 5/3/1, etc. Power lifters ideal gym. The only negative is the location, but its not bad if you live anywhere along the west/central side. I live in West Colfax, and its only a 5min drive. If youre in Baker, Wash Pask, Highlands, its not bad at all.
