I have been to Tall Grass a few times before and have always enjoyed it. Today, however, was a terrible experience. I had booked facials and massages for my mother and I months in advance and I guess they had their scheduling or clients confused? They called me back for my facial first and when that was done they said it was a mistake- I was not supposed to go for the facial first and now I could not get the massage. They said they may be able to squeeze me in for a 30 min massage but then came back and said they would not be able to even get me in for a short massage for almost 2 hours. Since my mother and I came together and I did not want to disappoint her, I just sat in the waiting area for another hour and a half while my mother finished her services. Very disappointing for a place that is expensive, not a short drive, and that we had booked literally 3 months in advance.

AMAZING! I recieved a gift certificate here and wound up using it when I was 9 months pregnant. It was the best massage I ever had. I took my mom there with me in case I went into labor and even though she didnt get any services done she got to relax in the great room and drink their fantastic tea and take in the view. After my massage I took them up on using their shower facilities. I was so nice to continue the spa experience by using all their Aveda products. I have a few girlfriends coming into town in December and we are having a spa day here! Can"t wait!

My husband, daughter and I have gone to Franceska twice for cuts and lots of color. So glad we found her, she is amazing and does a better job then the top stylists in Beverly Hills and at a much better price. She is sooooo nice and is constantly doing new training and does fun styles at hair shows so shes always up on the latest styles. Best Ive ever gone to. I highly recommend her. Its a wonderful, relaxing spa easy to get in for appointment, great all natural products and great tea!

Wonderful prenatal massage! The massage itself was amazing, but the experience is also lovely. I almost left 4 vs. 5 stars because of two things - its FAR away. But... thats also part of the tranquility and escape. Also, there arent showers or hot tubs - which is always nice after the massage. There is a quiet room with a crackling fire for pre and post massage. I recommend bringing your book or whatever you like to do to relax in that space.

It was my very first ever - it wont be my last. The entire experience from entering the SPA to spending time on the patio, taking in the aroma of the wood burning fireplace, the trickling waterfall and the chirping birds was even more special, calming and awe inspiring. Attention to detail and making you feel like a star are obviously high priorities with each member of the staff.

Called to make two appointments on a Saturday. Couldnt do it because only one esthetician on staff and we couldnt have lunch because our services were only 2.5 hrs and they have to be 4 hours in order to have lunch. We would have to wait 4 weeks before they had enough estheticians on staff for two people on a Saturday. Not very good service for such an exclusive spa.

Ive been here several times and it always exceeds my expectations! Beautiful views of Mt. Evans, wonderful staff and Corleen gave me the best facial ever:). I have already recommended this place to several friends and neighbors. Cant wait to come back. Highly recommend couples massage.

Beautiful location. Amazing customer service. I get my hair done by Brie who is super talented, and a really sweet person. Getting your hair done at Tall Grass is not like going to a regular salon, its a total spa experience.

I had the pleasure of going to the Tall Grass spa a couple of weeks ago. It was absolutely incredible! Not only was the location beautiful, but the service was A+. I will definitely recommend Tall Grass Spa to friends.

This is a nice spa in a relaxing setting above Evergreen. My wife and I had couples massages here a couple of years ago. The setting and ambiance are the best things about this spa.
