Pretty much like most of the employment agencies. These women get paid well to find you crappy dead end jobs that go no were. or these rinky dinky 2month-4month jobs then your back in there office looking for more work. Its definitely not the place to look for a career there maybe that 2% that actually get hooked with with something great but dont expect to move up in any of the jobs they find you. In closing its best to just go solo put together a good resume and do it yourself. The rewards in the end feel so much better knowing YOU did it by yourself on your own without the middle man
