This company called me telling me that they would like for me to come in and get to know me and what my career goals are because I applied for a position they had posted on a job site. They told me there was an online application to do, but I could do it there. 45 mins before I come in, I get a call from them asking if I was going to show up, I say yes. They asked if I did the online application, I said no because I dont have internet at home, but was told that I could do it there. She said that I could do it there, but Id have to come in early to do it. Bare in mind that I live on the other side of town from this place and driving there takes 30 mins. I leave immediately to get there early and got there 10 mins early. The receptionist asked again if I had done the application, I said no that she had told me to come in early. She said that the application takes a long time and I was supposed to come in way early. She then says that the person may not see me because of this now. She comes back and has me start the application on the computer. While Im putting down my SSN, I see a list of other peoples SSN show up. I alert the receptionist of this and at first she looked at me like I was stupid because it took HER a minute to understand what I was saying. Now, Im all mad about everything thats happened so far and my representative comes to meet me. She asks for my resume. I tell her I dont have one with me. She says that I should always bring one to an interview. What the hey?! This is an interview now? She asks about my job experiences, I tell her I did a lot of customer service. She tells me that she doesnt see me doing that because I dont smile much. Um, Im pissed off at their crap service right now and thats why. When I agree that I dont really want to do customer service, she tells me not to say that in an interview. I was agreeing with what she had only said like four times! I thought the point of this was to know my career goals!? She tells me about several jobs she has in mind for me and she would call before the week is up to let me know. I got a call the following week for a job I wasnt so interested in. It was paying much less than Id like and she said I shouldnt take unless I can stay there for a year. I decline it. Its been about two months now, I never heard back from them again even though their paper work says that my representative should be calling me every week even if they have nothing for me. This place is unprofessional and a complete waste of time. That was a couple hours and a lot of gas I wasted coming here.

I had a very lack luster experience with AppleOne in Colorado Springs. From the get-go, my "agent" went MIA after my initial interview, and I never heard from her until I called 3 weeks later. I was under the impression that she would reach out and try to help me, that I wouldnt need to hound her. Apparently I was wrong. Then, after I send multiple emails, and make many phone calls, I am placed in a temp position. Yay! I had to make a couple phone calls to figure out how to do my time sheet and I wasnt given a lot of information, but cest la vie. However, I got a full time job elsewhere about 2 weeks later on a Thursday and gave Apple One a call almost immediately. First of all, the agent asked me how much I was making at my new job, which I thought was very unprofessional. Then, when I offered to give them two weeks, she said, "No need, we have people in line and we could fill the position tomorrow". She gave me the impression that I could be done asap. So a couple hours later, I go to my temp job and talk to my manager there, and he has yet to hear from AppleOne about my leaving. So I break the news to him and tell him that the agent said she could fill the job immediately, so he and I decided that Saturday will be my last day. Now its Monday. I get a call at 2:45 from a different AppleOne agent asking if I was going to work today. I told her no and explained what I had been told by the previous agent about being able to "fill the position tomorrow". First of all, she told me that the other agent didnt say that (so I must be a liar) and she said that they hadnt found anyone and could I work today? I begrudgingly say yes, because I dont want to leave the manager at the temp job in the lurch. Then I come in for my shift and the manager informs me that he didnt hear from AppleOne until that very day. They had half the day on Thursday, all day Friday and Monday morning to call him. All that to say I will not be working with AppleOne in Colorado Springs in the future. They were very unprofessional, everything felt thrown together and they were quite rude.

Completely waste of time at this location. Communication between their clients and those looking for a job like myself is pretty close to nonexistent. Ive been with the company for a little over a year and during this time, Ive gone to 1 interview and have done 2 temp positions that were each for 8hrs for the day ( I didnt mind doing it because it meant making a couple extra dollars). I would constantly be told theyd contact me, but they never do. I almost always ended up following up with them. Sometimes I received responses and other times Id get a "Im sorry that was my fault I dropped the ball". I would ask about job opportunities but the response would be not at this time. To have only 1 or 2 companies looking for 1 employee is truly a mystery on how they are still employed themselves. Ive only had to deal with one other location for Apple One and that was the location in Florida which I would highly recommend. They are extremely responsive and to this day I still get at least 4 emails a week about job opportunities that theyd like to fill and Im no longer there. I think Ill be done with temp agencies here being that everyone of them seems to be the same. It really was time wasted.

I applied for an administrative position early in January and got a call shortly after from Apple One. The posting had stated that they needed a receptionist/administrative assistant immediately and were paying 35+ annually. Samantha made it sound as if they were hiring internally for this job and she asked me to come in for an interview. Upon arriving, we discussed my resume and she said she had a couple positions available within the next week or so. She stated shed be in touch! I didnt hear from her until nearly 3 weeks later. She had me set up a LinkedIn profile for a position that was available. She said theyd be contacting me for an interview within a couple of days. The next day, I was told that the client had filled the position on his own so there wasnt a job available anymore. By this point, I was beyond frustrated. They post job listings on Craigslist, Monster, and Indeed for jobs that arent even there. I ended up getting a position on my own that pays well and didnt give me the run around. Dont waste your time with this company. I felt that they did next to nothing to help me find a job and ultimately ended up wasting my time. Youre 100% better off searching on Indeed.
