The service here is horrible. Every single one of them except one is snotty and slow. I had an excellent experience here a couple weeks ago with an employee who went out of her way to make sure we have the best deal and made cookies because they were out of a certain time and made sure that we were happy with our service. Everyone else here is really rude though which makes me sad because she was such an awesome employee. I wish I could have grabbed her name and called the manager and told how great she was and also told the manager that she needs to get rid of the rest of the employees that are horrible. This is the only Subway I have ever been to that does not have chocolate chip cookies made ever. It will be noon on a Friday and they will have no chocolate chip cookies and they refuse to make any. The past five times Ive been to this location in the past year they never have chocolate chip cookies. I will gladly go to a different Subway and drive out of my way to do so because this place is so bad.

Ciarra Over charge me and when I asked for a manager she said we dont have a manager they left what do u think they stay 24 hours , and that was at 4pm
