I wish I could give this place ZERO stars, not very friendly service and my fiancee was not happy about the visit AT all, he has never been to Chick fil a so I thought I would take him last night, he hated it. He hates packaged mayo and there sandwiches came with no mayo. But thats not the worst part... we watched an employee clean some windows with coffee filters, no big deal. But he had about 50-60 NEW ones STILL in the bag and he threw them all away, so my fiancee goes over pulls them OUT of the trash and goes to manager and tells him that the guy washing the windows threw all those away... so what does the manager do... TAKES THE TOP AND BOTTOM FILTER OFF AND PUTS IT BACK ON THE SHELF.... your kidding me right?!?!?! so disgusting. We will NEVER go back to a chick-fil-a EVER. I felt so sick when we left there, I wanted to vomit, the guy who threw those away didnt get disclipined for wasting product, and last time I knew, wasted product is cost to the customer. Im not paying for garbage filled food. No thanks....

Trashcans are always full or overflowing and they keep the temperature FREEZING in here! Been here three times and freeze my butt off every time. My dad commented the same. The employees said all the right words like how can I serve you and my pleasure with the most annoyed pissed off voices that can be mustered. Especially the cashier. Except for the lady who cleans tables, she was actually nice! At least someone cleans the tables regularly! No one ever asks if you need any refills or help or anything, even when the rush is over.The floor was so sticky that I might as well been wearing metal shoes on a magnetized surface. Yikes! I love chick fil a, and Ill be here again since Im from aurora, but this location is far from the best.

YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!! We went this chickfila around 20 minutes before closing time and we had a huge order. after we got it we realized that a meal was missing so i went back to get it. They said it was an honest mistake and told us that they had to make a new one because they were closing up. So i waited around ten minutes and they kept apologizing and handing me free coupons. The manager was helping out the last couple people and he was so amazing! He actually caught me as i was puling out and apologized again and gave us a coupon for a free nugget tray. We WILL ABSOLUTELY COME BACK HERE any day because your service is amazing!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

They have a woman waiting with an iPad before you get to the menu screen. So we asked her what kind of fried chicken sandwiches they had. She told us and we ordered what we wanted and then drive thru to the window. After we paid and got home we realized they gave us grilled chicken sandwiches. They werent horrible but we didnt get what we wanted because they are trying to cut down on time or something by having you order before you can even see the menu. If I could have seen the menu screen we would have known that those sandwiches are grilled. Its an easy fix. Hopefully they figure this one out.

Went through drive thru last night with a friend, so we needed 2 separate orders. Girl could not understand what was going on. Get to window and of course everything is wrong. Theres a training manager sitting in the middle ld everyone just texting away, not helping with the dinner rush. Then when he finally stops he just looks over the shoulder of a girl on registe, and still does nothing. We finally give up on the drice thru and go inside because they literally had no idea what they were doing. That place is a joke and if I was them Id fire that "training" manager.

The visit from the warm welcome in the steadily moving line was excellent. There were employees outside taking orders and all was great until I realized my crew cab wasnt about to make the turn in the drive thru (lol) my bad and so we parked and went inside and my two grandsons had a blast playing in the playground area. The food as always was great along with the most pleasant atmosphere. The time we arrived was1:30 on a Friday. Thank you for being a part and asset to our community.

Chick-fil-A got my order wrong on two separate occasions. The first time was last week and the second time was tonight. Last week, I ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich but what I got instead was a normal Chicken Sandwich with no lettuce or tomatoes. Tonight, I ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich once again but what I got was a Spicy Deluxe. Also, the chicken was very dry and it didnt have any juice to it whatsoever. For the time being, I would not recommend going to this Chick-fil-A.

I ordered a cookie and diet coke to go with my meal. I had to ask for the cookie at the drive thru window. Got down the road and took a sip of my drink and it was not diet coke. Had to turn around and go back to get correct drink. Asked for 1 sauce got 5 They will go for a while and get right but then start messing up again. Restaurants in wichita ks have rarely if ever messed up an order, faster service, friendlier and busier

I dont usually leave reviews (I know, bad) but this morning (05/16/217) after just moving to this area, from Southlands, I experienced the best customer service ever! There was like a 5-7 minute hold up in the drive threw and after getting to the window, the apologized profusely about the card reader giving them trouble and that my food was on them! Extremely impressed with the staff! Thank you guys!

Just went through drive through and waited a lot longer then expected for them barely having people there. There seemed to be a lot of teenagers who had no idea what they were doing. Looked to be a mess in there. I was pretty upset with having to wait a while and not getting any sort of apology. Wont be going to that location again.

Used to love this location, the last four times Ive gone here theyve messed up something and had to go back or it takes them 10 minutes to switch a bun from white to whole grain because they messed it up. They ask you what sauces you want to only give you none and I swear the chicken in the sandwich gets smaller and smaller.

I received better service here on a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend than I have some sit-down restaurants Ive been to. Very clean and orderly, and the staff from cashier to floor runner to manager to custodian superbly nice and helpful. It is truly a treat to eat here instead of typical fast food junk.

Literally my FIRST worst experience at any chic-fil-a EVER. little ugly ass Vanessa girl was rude to her co-workers, first off Infront of customers, second off unprofessional and unkind to customers themselves. If you want to be rude and not have a pinch of kindness- go work at McDonalds little girl.

Very friendly staff, however this place is not very well kept on cleanliness (at least the night I went 12/10/16) and the wait times were potentially double any Chick-fil-a I have ever been too. Over all not the best experience, but not bad to where I wanted to leave or complain.
