They refused coupons that are obviously not forgeries that my children had earned through a library reading program. It was a free small waffle fry if you bought a medium drink which I purchased both drinks and then they refused the coupons at the window. When I tried to complain the employee at the drive-through and the manager were snotty to me and turned their backs and walked away while I was talking. Also I asked for a ketchup and they gave me an entire small bag full of catch-up and I asked for napkins and they gave me a stack of about 50 which was embarrassing and I had to give some back to them. And the employee was also snotty in saying have a nice day the way he said it. The chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way through for my son and he could not finish it but I was afraid to go back and tell them that because I felt they would treat me bad again. I will not be returning to Chick-fil-A .

Horrible dont take food allergies seriously and make you wait in a parking lot with half of your food cold for almost 20 min beacuse they keep screwing up food and think its a joke laughing about how they keep screwing up. Then theres miscommunication with staff. They sit there and laugh about the situation and are talking to each other in front of me like Im not there. For one I hear and see everything your doing, real immature staff. Two Im not stupid and Im probably one of the most smartest/most observing people you will meet. This is not the way you run a business and sad to see the owner allows her employees to treat her customers like this. We spend alot of money here monthly and now we will be taking our business elsewhere. Its not a joke when you loose business and we let the community know how you really are, what a joke these people are.

I love the food here and the employees are always so nice, even during lunch time when they are busy. I have never once seen them be unfair or rude. But today was different, It was lunch time and it was pretty busy like their norm. And our cashier was so rude to us. She acted like it was all a difficult process. When she got my drink size wrong, I told her and she replied to me in a very rude tone, "I didnt hear you say that." She acted like fixing something I paid for was an act of kindness. I enjoy the service from the other men and woman here, but hers was not professional. I dont think she was part of the normal group of Cashiers, as her title on the badge said she was part of HR.

I came in and it was my daughters bday. She picked this place bc she absolutely loves the food. The person who took our order happened to be the manager. He noticed her bday crown and when they brought the food over they had balloons, a stuffed cow, and then sang. After we ate our food they brought everyone ice cream cones even the adults. I cant say enough how awesome this location is and not just bc this bday! Its always clean, food is always amazing, and service is perfect. They go out of their way to accommodate everything. If any order did come our wrong, or even if someone didnt like what they had, they still fix it with a smile. Thanks for making her bday special!

I just move to Brighton, Colorado and the first restaurant that my family wants to visit is CHICK-FILA and we had a great service, great food, my wife is please with sandwich #7 and the chick-fila dressing or sausage one of those. We try to go once a week, keep doing, what you are doing, friendly employees; I would not change this fresh food and healthy. ************************* You, Chick fila got twenty star from me. OMG I CANT BELIVE THIS IS WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE:) THUMBS UP. My husband and I had a great time eating lunch here. To tell you the thruth we even felt weird about the service. Food super good had a fruit salad( regular salad wuth fresh fruit i love the crunchy taste mmyummyy , my huby had 4 great sandswich so fresh. Just like the pictures :) Love it By the way this was in colorado on 25

Great food, great great great customer service!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. My family and I have lived in Brighton for 5 years and for as long as Chick fil a has been open, it has always been a favorite. Its clean, fast, friendly and food is awesome, what else could you ask for! Thanks for being so great...its MY pleasure to leave this review. :)

The food is amazing, as usual at Chick fil a. However, this locations drive thru is painfully slow. Its not busy like most people think, the service is just slow. I managed a location for about 2 years and this is not what it should be regarding speed. But its the only one in the surrounding area so people still go, just like I do.

Great service for lunch or dinner. The afternoon/evening teams are fantastic and attentive. I also like the events they host on occasion at this location. 4 Star rating only because breakfast seems to be a challenge. My wife and I have had slow service and the wrong order twice.

Great customer service. Very polite. Food is always delivered fast without sacrificing its quality. Ample space in the dining room means youll never feel crowded. Only one small criticism: If you have kids, the play place is a bit on the smaller side. Great place to eat though.

The restaurant itself is run fine.The coupons issued by the owner were always outdated/expired Yes, hearing Christian Contemporary music is nice, but its not what gives this place its personality. Every conceited pastor on the planet eats here for lunch. Welcome to Stepford.

On a 10 say bus tour of Colorado. We all stopped here for dinner. First time ever in a Chick-fil-a ordered the chicken nugget meal. Absolutely loved it! Best chicken ever, I really hope to see some coming to the West Michigan area very soon!

One of the busiest chic filas ive ever seen The drive thru had at least 20 vehicles in it with a 20 minute wait. The actual restaraunt and staff are nice however the congestion and amount of sparking spots have room for improvement.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional. We forgot to ask for a salad with no cheese, a staff member didnt miss a beat, he heard what we daid, came right over and offered to make a fresh salad for us.

Managers and staff are consistently great at this location. Even when we come and it is absolutely crazy busy, they keep cool heads, deliver fast service and do it with a smile. We always leave happy!
