Terrible service, the staff worked unprofessionally, and one of them was racist. My family and I came to eat here (8/6/16, 6:00pm) and when our turn to order came, the guy at the beginning of the line had an attitude, though he was smiling and making jokes when he attended the previous people (they were of his same race), but as soon as our turn came his attitude changed. The second person who attended us was a girl, when we asked for lettuce she stretched to get it, but her breast touched the food. Later we asked for guacamole on two plates but she mistakenly put it on the 3 plates, when we asked her too remove the guacamole on the 3rd plate, she said, "do you want me to remake it?" With an attitude. I told her too just remove it to make her job easier, but she gave me a big sigh. Overall, they worked unprofessionally and gave terrible customer service.

Food was good but what it lacks is good service, when I walked in the young lady sighed, when I ordered food she sighed again, as she prepared the food she sighed yet again she just threw the food together and didnt care about anything, very unprofessional and uninviting, visited 8/14 about 840 pm mountain time

This location is pretty cool. They let us use one coupon per person in one transaction. The whole place was clean and this was at a time they were really busy. And of course the food is pretty good, that nacho cheese on a burrito is a great addition.

When you enter you see the dirty entance but once inside the line clerks are friendly and the food is spot on. It the first impression that sets the tone of my dining experince...still the best store in "A"town...

Terrible service, staff was unprofessional. I love Qdoba food... but I definitely wouldnt recommend entering the Havana location in Aurora after 8. I guess they get off when the food runs out. Smh

This place is awesome. The service is great. Almost like fine dinning. Employees picked up food from table. Made sure were ok multiple times. Definitely recommend.
