This is my favorite Chick-fil-A by FAR! The staff is super-friendly, the store is always immaculately clean & I can count on getting my food in less than a couple minutes even when both lines are backed up at the drive-thru! At the drive-thru, I always get the condiments I request, a straw when appropriate, and napkins too. This location has NEVER gotten my order wrong in ANY way, despite me visiting 3-5 times a week. Ill definitely continue going to this location - theyre the BEST. At a recent visit, my elderly father (who does not generally eat here because he feels theyre "too expensive" for whats on the menu) was with me. The gentleman behind the counter displayed SAINTLY patience as he guided my father through the different sauce flavors (yes, the ones described on the list next to the register), menu options, and price comparisons that this 80-year-old thought important. The cashiers actions turned an otherwise embarrassing situation (for me at least) into something a little more comedic.

GREAT PLACE FOR CHILD BIRTHDAYS! We just had our sons 1st birthday party at this location! They were friendly and had great service. They set up everything for you: balloons, party favors (which include a plush cow, promos for 2 free kids meals), party hats, a kids meal, and their delicious icecream in a cone. I asked about having my sons birthday here about 3 days before his birthday and they were so nice about it. They wanted to do it! We paid $7.99/kid and that was it. We paid at the end. We LOVED IT! Their servitude made it STRESS FREE. We were able to enjoy ourselves! The kids had a great time. Our seats were reserved by the play place. The adults had a good time as well. It was simple for us as far as planning. When our guest list increased they were super kind about it-28 adults and 21 kids. When guests arrived at the end of it all, they were still kindly serving us. We were able to bring our cake and any decorations we wanted. We are so happy we decided to have his birthday party here!!!

We had this CFA location cater an event at Westlands Park this past Saturday, and they were amazing! They are very organized and definitely have their act together. From the first phone call I made to place the order to the delivery itself, everyone I spoke with was so helpful. Ryan, the catering director, delivered our food to the park and set everything up for us. He even helped us put our tablecloths on first, since we didnt have the tables quite ready yet when he arrived. He then offered to keep the salad and fruit chilled with ice packs and the chicken in the warmer until we were ready to serve it, as long as we promised to return the warmer on the next business day. He was so, so helpful, and of course, the food was all delicious as always. Their catering knowledge and execution helped us pull off a smooth event that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, CFA!

I went to this location tonight for the first time and had a horrible experience. I went with my kids so that they could play in the play place after they ate and none of the tables in the restaurant had been wiped off and were all disgusting. I had to go find someone come wipe them off and after I asked it still took five minutes for them to come over and wipe my table off. He did it so quickly that half the barbecue sauce that was on the table was still there so I just had to put those plastic placemats down. Then I realized that they never gave me the fries for my order. The people behind the counter just kept making excuses that they were understaffed and really busy. Ill stick to the Chick-fil-A in my neighborhood next time even though this one is on the way home.

I will never return to this location. The food is good but the service and management is poor. I placed and paid in full for an order. After I picked up the order and returned to the office there was an item missing. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging the error when I called the restaurant everyone who answered the phoned claimed to be the manager. When I returned to the restaurant with my manager he continued to state the error was mine. He insisted I took the lemonade that was never received from the restaurant.

Before today I have never had a poor experience at any ChikFilA in Colorado. I will not be coming back to this location. The guy over the intercom was inattentive when taking my order and I had to repeat myself. When I got to the window most of the workers were standing around and one girl was looking down at her cell phone. When I got my food, the hash browns were over cooked and the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was sloppy and falling apart. This is far from the superior service Ive received at other locations.

The store runs very smoothly. I used to work there. Craig Goettsche in the operator and he does an amazing job! He has his team keep the place as clean and organized as possible! Hes always pushing for greatness in service. The guest always comes first. He want to make sure that everyone has a good experience as do his team members! Its a great environment to work in as well as to eat in. Whenever Ive been in since I stopped working there its been clean and tidy and the staff has been work hard!

food is great. order takers talk WAY to long. too many words. just take my order. I get it. no need to say ALL THAT other stuff............esp when there are a billion cars behind me. I have mentioned this to the MOD on two occasions and got a "oh well" type attitude. Either talk faster or cut out all the fluff - youre driving your drive thru crowd CRAZY.

This location has excellently trained staff who are quite efficient at completing orders in both dine-in and drive-thru. The facilities are kept clean and the condiment stations have a lot of little extras that are really nice for families. Its clear the owner/franchisee is really on top of things.

The customer service is exceptional, one of the few places Ive ever been to that truly puts the customer first. I was here during a rush and watched as the manager and district manager put an interview on hold to help the customers in line. I wish this kind of customer service existed elsewhere.

Ugh they forgot my cookie, like come on we all know their food is just terrible except the cookie. How in our Lord and saviors name, satan, could you forget the cookie. I think this outrages me more than pedophile priests....also this is a great place to ignore your kids (refer to pic)

Craig (owner) at this store goes above and beyond for his customers. We catered Chick-Fil-A for a memorial service last week and he worked hard to make sure it was right. I thank them for their hard work at this store and amazing customer service! 5 star all the way! Enjoy!

Great customer service. No Wi-fi though unfortunately. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. They have a very good vibe in the place and a play structure for kids. The food is some of the best Chick-fil-A have ever had. Their fries in my experience are always hot and fresh.
