Food is great, but they need a new way of doing their online/call-in orders. I am putting this review on this store since it is the only one we have done a call-in order when it wasnt ready we we got there. As I said the subs we ordered were not quite ready for us, which is fine. I talked to the lady at the register, she told me they were almost ready and I could go ahead and pay and get my drinks. I did so and waited for about 10-15 minutes. I then asked one of the ladies making the subs if they had an order for me which they did. They had only one brown bag behind them and I saw them put it back there about 2 minutes after I paid. It was my food and it sat there for 10 minutes while I was waiting for them to tell me it was done. They need some sort of system to know whether or not the customer is in the store and waiting, instead of assuming that they will make the sandwich before the customer arrives.

I want to start by saying I love Firehouse subs, but tonight the teens messed up my order beyond anything I have ever seen. 1) The young man at the counter had a issue taking a basic order 2) The receipt says Jessica was my cashier 3) Jessica (GUY) asked me three times what i wanted on my sandwich 4) I have milk allergies and ask for no cheese multiple times 5) He asked if I wanted mushrooms, I said sure 6) My son gave him his order at least twice Now to team preparation team 1) No cheese is now extra cheese! 2) BTW there were no mushrooms 3) Son order was wrong The only good news was my daughters grilled cheese was correct. It is after all grilled bread and cheese. I would have taken it all back but this happened as were preparing to close. So my taste buds are done, and I am making a hot dog. Wish management had someone responsible for quality control. Do not think I will ever go back.

Really, Really, Really horrible Customer Service. Online Orders are never ready on time and most times they havent even started preparing the sandwiches when you get there after waiting the required 30 minutes on an Online order. Shift Leaders at this location never apologize and refuse to even look you in the eye when you try to complain about the wait. The one tonight shrugged when I told her I was very dissatisfied about this constant screw up of theirs that makes me have to stand around for 20-25 more minutes to get my Online Order. When I said would would not be back, she shrugged again as if she could case less about losing a customer that bought from this location a minimum of twice each month. I will now go to the Firehouse Subs a bit farther away in Highlands Ranch. The Food is Great but the Customer Service at this location is the WORSE.

Stay Away, atleast until their employees get trained in proper food handling proceedures. was there with my daughter the other night and watched a guy stocking chips in the lobby, along with picking stuff up off of the tables, then went behind the counter and started handling food (while wearing the same gloves). After bringing it to their attention, they were clueless and continued with the next sub. After talking with the manager the following day, she seemed very clueless herself. Seems to me that this is the normal practice for this location. Will never go to this location again.

Usually I love this place but today we had a bad experience here. My daughter found a 4 in black hair in her sandwich. I brought to the counter and the guy told me he could not see it then followed up by saying if there was one its not ours. My daughter has blonde hair and u have almost nine but there was a lady behind the counter that made our sandwiches with 6 inch black hair. We were treated like we put it there. We wanted nothing from them but just to make them aware. Very poor response and service.

Horrible customer service by both the management and the owner. During my visit the manager was rude and disrespectful and refused to give me any contact information for the owner or his name. I made a complaint to the corporate office and even received a call from owner wanting to hear about my experience. He said that he would call me back after getting all of the information from his staff, unfortunately he never called and never resolved the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Love their subs but the service at this location is especially slow. My husband waited 10 minutes for my sub to be made..in addition to the 10 minutes allotted for them to make it when I ordered online for pick up. There were 5 people behind the counter and only 1 other patron in the store. Based off of reviews from several months ago, things havent changed. A couple locations with a bad rep give the franchise a bad name...fix it. Ill still go here, hoping to see some changes.

Our food is quick to our table from order time. Order is correct. They have a Coke pick-your-flavor-pop machine so you can mix it a million different ways. I really enjoy the plethora of hot sauces. I take four or five to my table to try. They must order these on the internet as there are some I have never heard of but they add to my dining experience. I enjoy the sports played on the two TVs and yes, it can get a little tight in the dining area if they are busy.

Been ordering hot veggie sandwiches here for 3 months . Great Service and they get my order spot on every single time . Welcoming staff. i certainly dont think they discriminate against minorities . i am a minority but was never treated that way . Sandwiches are fantastic and they are way better than Quiznos or Subway. I usually grab the thick hand cut fries from the 5 Guys store next door .

I have gone into other Firehouse Subs and received excellent food and service every time I have gone. I waited for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from staff working behind the counter and one of the staff had unruly hair without a hair net. Walked out without food Will NEVER go back. Unfortunate for the company that it lost a long time patron.

The service sucks, the employees talk way to much and we waited over 15 minutes for our sub. The manager needs to put there employees in check. There was 4 people behind the counter so there not much of a reason for it to take as long as it did. Should have went next to Five Guys next door, will not be back to this location. The staff sucks l!!

This place is a joke. I ordered the beef cheddar brisket and there were only 2 slices of brisket on each side of the sandwich. The picture clearly shows the sandwich stacked with meat, Complete BS for 8 dollars too, I ate the sandwich in 4 bites. Go to subway and get a combo for that price. Screw this place. And it gave me diarrhea....

Busy and under staffed, took forever. I watched them make the sandwich incorrectly and talked to them. They assured me it was right, nope it was wrong after a twenty minute wait to get three sandwiches. Disappointing, make the drive to the next one its worth the extra effort to avoid this one.
