Mary, from La Vie Catering, has hosted several fabulous cooking classes at Whole Foods Market-Cherry Creek, including Passover classes, Mediterranean & Italian grilling classes, and a Hanukkah cooking class. Her recipes are inspired and she teaches our guests how to make them with ease. She has a wonderful rapport with her audience and is engaging, wry, and superbly talented. She explains her philosophy about food and menu building and is a wonderful guide for food observance and pairings during Passover and Hanukkah. She helps her students learn what can be eaten together and why. She is a great teacher, and her recipes are delicious. To sum it up, Mary is a really talented culinary expert. She brings an earthy sensibility to her work. Her dishes are beautifully prepared with care, and it really shows. I would recommend her classes, catering, and event support for anyone looking for one of the best and most accessible culinary experts in Denver.

La Vie Catering was the caterer for our daughters bat mitzvah. "Caterer" doesnt really cover the scope of services they provided. In addition to developing menus for adults and "young adults," they also coordinated/designed linen rentals, balloons, flower centerpieces and room layout, and even picked up the liquor we ordered. The food was very tasty and well-presented. The service staff was friendly and professional. Most of all, Mary and Abby reminded us to enjoy the event and to let them take care of the details. We did just that and couldnt have been more pleased with their work.

What do you love about it? Share a tip.Mary and her staff were great throughout the entire catering experience. From setting the menu to clean up there was not a glitch. She was very relaxed and her staff was top notch, even running to the store to get Tylenol for a guest who wasnt feeling well, now that is service above and beyond. We will definitely use La Vie Catering again in the future.

La Vie was terrific and really made our 54-person brunch a big success. Mary was great at helping us with a menu, clearing the appropriate kashrut hurdles and even determining what we would need as far as tables & chairs. Food was excellent and we received many compliments. Would certainly us them again.
