We dined at your Centennial location on Friday night December 30th to watch the MMA fight. this is our normal location in the DTC an weve gone of several occasions. on this particular visit we had a few service issues. we went to the second level and asked the person behind the hostess stand if they were showing the fight upstairs, which he said we are showing it everywhere. So we decided to wait and grab a table as there was a 30-minute wait. The wait was less than that so that was nice. we were promptly asked for a drink and food order but we first asked if they could change the TV to the fight. The server stated that the fight is only begin viewed on the lower level. We informed the server (sorry do not recall his name) that we were told that it was being shown everywhere and that is the purpose of our visit. The server was prompt to react and informed the hostess Debbie of what occurred. Downstairs of our situation. We did not have to wait much and were seated in the back dining area. once we were seated we again had to request the fight and there was a couple behind us also waiting as well. the server was prompt and provided good service. she was able to bring my bar tab from downstairs and then when presented the check i decided to pay cash with a $10 tip s1o total was around $51. The next day i noticed that my card was charged but it was on a pending transaction figuring that the check should have been closed by cash i thought nothing of it. on Tuesday it ended up charging my account. I called and spoke with an employee who stated she would research and get back to me. never had a call back so i called the next day and spoke to Debbie who also stated that i would get a call back as she could not have authorized to do a refund but would give this to the manager in the morning. this all happened Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. three different calls and still have not received a call. there is a definite lack of management response as well as a simple apology from staff. never was i given an apology for given the wrong information in regards of where the fight is being shown and then again have to ask to place the fight by our table. i understand that communication can be lost on busy nights but everything from beginning and end lacked. it is now Saturday and i still never got a call or a resolution. I had to call my bank to dispute the charges. i have visited view house on many occasions and this is the first time i have experienced this lack of service. lots of places to go in the DTC area so i will have to think about ever going back.

I wish I had read the reviews of this place before I went. The resturant looked awesome from the outside and we were looking forward to eating there. However... First, the parking situation is awful! The majority of the parking is valet, which would be fine if we were eating at a 5 Star resturant but this wasnt one of them. We finally found a spot on our own. Second, the wait was 45 minutes. Again, that is fine because we thought it was worth the wait. I took the time to walk around the resturant and it has a great layout! Volleyball court, corn hole and other games are available for people to play. They have 4 bar areas that I saw and lots of fire pits (which is great for Colorado!). We were a little confused while we were waiting because there were tables open but people were still waiting to be seated. Even the place we were sat had 3 open tables near it. Our server seemed over worked because she was extremely quick to take a drink order but rushed away before we could order an appetizer. Our drinks took a while to come out and didnt come out at the same time. Our appetizer took over 20 min to come out. The Bruschutta wrapped mozerella sticks were very good though. Our food took over 45 min to come out. And one of our partys food didnt come out. The sliders were warm but lacked flavor, the tacos were luke warm and fatty, the Crab cakes (which one person ordered as their meal) were the size of half dollars and cold, the fries were luke warm... and when the coconut shrimp came out, it was over fried and cold. However the sauce it came with was pretty good. My friend ordered a red beer and got an IPA instead. We let our server know what we recieved and she went to go get her manager. She told us the manager would come by and meanwhile they offered us a free dessert, the big cookie. She also gave us get managers card with a note that we would get a free appetizer on our next visit. The dessert cookie was overcooked, Ive had much better at other resturants. We waited for the manager to come by and had to ask again for her. A different manager came by and heard our concerns. He also seemed overworked and we had observed several times while we waited that other customers wanted to speak to a manager. He took care of our food bill, so we just had to pay for the glass of wine I ordered, which was fine. All in all we wont be going back. I was very disappointed we didnt have a better experience. With this being the second location, I would at least hope the food would have been better quality.

Went to a friends birthday brunch here and the food was good but they did have someone to portion out the seafood for almost 40.00 you would think they would leave it up to the customer to portion their own seafood but I am not to embarrassed to ask for more when I want it. The sushi is okay for buffet. The pizza needs to be cooked for a little longer to create a crispier crust but the toppings were okay. I think they should come up with some better combos but otherwise it fills a spot. They should take out the pizza all together and provide a more decent salad bar unless they improve the pizza. They need more than one omelet station set up to provide a faster service for their customers and they do have a waffle station. The dessert selection was fine it was the typical set up and I liked that they had the strawberries already dipped and set out on a platter. I dislike those chocolate fountains that most buffets have set up because you know its not sanitary especially with kids sticking their dirty little fingers in there. The waiter that was assigned to us was the best;that guy was on top of everything and he was friendly. I would have rated this place higher if it wasnt for the manager. It was 1:30 pm and she advised us that she would need the room for a private party by 4:30 pm to prep for the party. We had no intentions of staying there until 4:30 since we had been there since 11 am already but we were enjoying our time with each other and we did end up leaving about 2 pm but I really have no idea why she would come and advise us of her afternoon commitment 3 hours prior to needing the room. Also there was a television in the room and the other manager stopped in and he was asked if the channel could be changed I didnt hear the rest of the conversation as I had left the room but it didnt appear that the channel was changed but I really wasnt paying attention. The waiter apologized about the lady manager advising us we needed to leave by a certain time but we knew it wasnt his fault. I ended up tipping about 30% more or less ($11.50 on a 34.00 bill) since he was a really good waiter. Overall it was a good experience but nothing too bad or too good besides the waiter he did a great job. I would go back again ; hopefully management interaction will be better. This place was very busy so I can see where this would be a high stress environment but you should train management to be more personable and have some customer service skills.
