I go here occasionally for breakfast on my way to work because I have a minor chicken mini addiction. Ive never been inside and Ive never been for lunch so this is strictly speed, service, and quality during breakfast. They only ever have one drive thru lane open when I go and Ive never had to wait too long to make it out. Like, no more than 5 minutes even when there are a few cars in front of me. Plus, the people are always super friendly. I like to play a game to see how many times I can get them to say "my pleasure" in one trip. So far, Im up to five. They will occasionally forget my sauce so I always check the bag before I drive away. Sometimes the hash browns or buns for the chicken minis arent as crispy as I feel they should be, but Im eating fried food for breakfast so I try not to be overly picky. Also, the sweet tea is consistently good. Although I am from Arkansas, so I always think it can be sweeter but I take what I can get out here.

This location is so hit and miss. Most Chick fil a drive thrus are very efficient and I rarely have a complaint, however this location is constantly missing items. Ill order a salad and none of the toppings to go with the salad will be in the bag. Ill ask for sauce and get nothing. Im so glad I occasionally grab an extra straw to keep in my car because Id say one out of every five times I go to this location, there isnt a straw for my drink. I have kids. I go through the drive thru for convenience. Its not all that convenient when you have to load everybody back up in the car after you get home to go fix someone elses mistake.

Everything here is delicious, and Ive never gotten bad food. HOWEVER, this is by far the SLOWEST fast food restaurant Ive been to. I go here multiple times a week, and sometimes I am waiting in drivethru for 15 minutes. Even if you go inside, it just takes forever to get your food. After you order, they have a big table you can go wait at. It takes 10-15 minutes for it to come out. I know theyre new, so many its just growing pains. Hopefully they smooth the service out. Everything is very clean, and the staff is friendly for the most part.

We just arrived in town from upstate New York, and my Florida-born husband insisted that we make Chick-fil-A our first meal. The people here were nice, the food was pretty typical (tasty). Hubby got two sandwiches and an 8 count nuggets (and a sweet tea that he deemed "respectable") and I got a spicy southwest salad. Im sure it would be good with the avocado ranch dressing but I prefer the chili lime vinaigrette. Good salad... nice balance of greens and "other stuff". And finished up with a cookies and cream milkshake... yummy.

Horrible experience. They charged me 26 bucks for 2 meals and then I realized they were giving me the wrong order do I told them to fix it. Then the manager said "okay, I put the difference back on you4 credit card".... I PAID CASH! so then she couldnt figure out how to give me my money back so I had to do the math for her and she still didnt get it. It was a MESS. not to mention the fries tasted like they were a day old and not even hot and the rest of the food was old as well. Now I remember why I havent been there in a year

I had the best time with my girlfriends last week here! Our kids can play, while we sip our lemonade and teas. Johnny is one of your sweetest employees :) I even ran into my cousin while I was there. The food is perfect, and the service even better. I did get annoyed sitting against the main wall in the dining room, because the banging and noise behind the wall was distracting our conversation. I assume it was dish washing, so I can tolerate the noise for clean dishes! :D

I have to agree with other reviewers and comment on this locations very slow service. I live not far from here and frequent this location. Food is usually good, orders are normally right, and the staff is generally friendly, but definitely do not go here if you are in a hurry. Ive experienced the same slow service in both the drive through, and inside, and its regardless of the number of people ahead of you. Overall its worth it if your not in a hurry.

Our familys favorite restaurant! Take a look at how many staff are in this place vs. a normal fast food restaurant. They have great staff which makes it more like a formal sit-down restaurant than a fast food place. This is the same with ALL Chick-fil-as. Sometimes we have to wait about 5 minutes for the food, but its nice to know it is all cooked to order rather than premade. Higher than normal service, quality and environment!

Stood at the register for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, by staff and management, finally an older woman helped us and was extremely cold and didnt even apologize for the wait. Usually have way better customer service from these restaurants. Ill throw it out there as just a bad day for them, but I cannot give a better rating based on the experience.

I am sooooooooooo glad that they put a chick fil a up where they are now. I used to have to drive all the way down to Hampden to get the chick fil a minis for breakfast. I am not a big fan of anything else but the chick fil a minis. The only complaint is that this place is not open sundays which I think is ridiculous, but I guess we can always get what we want.

Food always tastes great, just like in any other Chick-fil-a. The service is great and it makes me wonder - why does this place have such great service and great reviews, but every other fast food place doesnt?? Why do all other fast food restaurants hire the people they hire? You are pretty much guaranteed a crappy service in every other fast food restaurant.

Just stopped in at this location and yes it will take longer because theyre making the food as you order it. I watched this place get packed at 9:45p.m. with a bunch of stoners who forgot it closed at 10. The 5 18 and younger employees all killed it. Especially Katherine and Yuzrchi(?). My nuggets were soooo hot and sooo dank. Chic fil a for the win !

This has to be the worst chick fil a I have been to. For the past 3 times Ive gone through the drive through Ive had issues with items missing from my bag. This last time I went it wasnt even worth the money,the waffle fries were grease soaked and hard and the chicken was under cooked. Such a disappointment!

Went through the drive through 2 minutes before serving lunch and I was told that they could not serve me. So we parked and went inside with 4 kids the staff seemed extremely clueless and not awake at 10:45 in the morning. Decided to order breakfast anyways and stay it was probably the worst decision ever
