I end up getting food poisoning. Call back and talk to manager. They needs to call the General Manager Cleo to talk to me the following days. When I talk to Cleo, she said that I talked to nobody and she had to investigate when the call came in,which I told her exactly when I called and easier to figure out. She calls me in a week, telling me the person I spoke, no longer works there and they have processes to make sure the food is fully cooked. We left off the conversation awkward, even to her Im sure based on how she answered. The point here, is she doesnt believe the customer nor does he offer a meal or refund, so at least I come back. She just basically tells me that Im just lying and there is no way their chicken can be undercooked and cause food poisoning, as in its un-heard of in her store. So blind and naïve. There was one other incident from another store, messed up my order to go. I called back and they said we are sorry, come back in and we will own you a correct order without me asking for anything, just letting them know. This current store in Thornton lead by their management sucks when it comes to customer service as in listening to them if there is an issue and handling correct. True, I could have lied, but Im 39years old and a professional myself and dont need to put up with people like that. Very unprofessional from upper management and she needs to learn accidents can happen regardless of their process. They are kids/humans and mistakes can occur. Not in her store is my impression with her...

I order breakfast through the drive thru. The girl told me the order would take five to six minutes to complete and asked me to pull forward. I told her that was in a hurry and that I could wait five to six minutes but no more. She assured me it would be no more than that. After exactly eight minutes, I went inside to ether get my food or a refund. When I told the bald man of he issue he was indifferent and not helpful. I told him that I needed refund or my food. I could see the girl at the window motion that it was still not ready. Without letting me know when my food would be ready or if he would give me a refund, he became very "sheriff like" and said, "get behind the line". I looked down to see that I was standing on a line in the doorway an I backed up. I said that I needed to go to work. Without concern for my situation he said, "we are working on it". I waited a little longer in my car and left for work. On my way to work I called to speak with the manager. I was on hold for four minutes and hung up and called back. Tricia answered and said she was the manager. I explained the situation and asked for a refund to my credit card and she hung up on me. Never again will I take my business to Chick fil a. Shame on those people!!!

If we could go with a negative rating we would. we went through the drive thru this morning and was told due to the order it would be about 6 minutes longer. Went in at 8 minutes and was still not complete, spoke to Trisha, who said her shift just started and was very rude and irritated when confronted would not take any responsibility for the order. We had to leave since the order still was not ready, paid for the order in the drive thru line and left with NO order. Called and spoke to Craig manager on duty and asked for a refund, since no part of the order was given to the us and he said he cannot process a refund with out the general manager Cleos approval. I asked him to justify his reasoning since the order was paid for and they did not deliver the order, he said well you can come back for the order. Really?? I was there for 10 minutes waiting. We have a business to run as well, we certainly do not and cannot by law charge for something we have not done. We have done a lot of business with this particular location several times and this is the last time.

Sat for more than 5 minutes in drive through Went inside and it took more than 5 minutes for the kid to notice the LINE OF PEOPLE WAITING and come take orders. If you ordered food to go, you had to ask for it instead of them actually calling you and giving it to you. Bags galore waiting on the counter with everyones food getting cold. This has to honestly be the absolute worst service I have ever received at a Chik fil a and I have been to many across the country. Rude and pitiful is the best description of their total lack of basically everything. I cant even properly rate the food because it was so cold I have to nuke it. The only good thing that happened, and it wasnt even due to any of their abilities, was I had to wait for so long that I got a fresh coffee. Will never go back and do not suggest this location at all.

I go a lot because my daughter enjoys the food, and I am happy because the kids food is real chicken. this location is great when its not busy. But once the cars start lining up, they have issues all the time. for some reason they always put pickles on the sandwiches when specifically told not to. the sandwiches also look flat and ran over by a truck. Ive had some food under cooked as well. Inside the kids place is dangerous for any toddler, most parents let the kids run wild in the closed off " caged glass " of a play pen. so they are yelling, screaming, kicking because they have to go.

I live and breathe Chick-Fil-A! My all time favorite fast food. I literally come here once a week and NOT once have they ever gotten my order wrong! The staff is always so kind, friendly and helpful. The food is always great, and the staff will be generous and let you order lunch when its still breakfast hours which I really appreciate! Because if its location this Chick-Fil-A is ALWAYS packed and busy! I consider that a good thing but be prepared to wait awhile for lunch and dinner hours, whether youre ordering inside or drive thru.

The service was fabulous! They do a great job of handling the stress that comes with so many customers and get the food out as fast as they can. When theyre busy there is a bit of a wait but they get it out as fast as possible and are so sweet. They take the time to talk to guest and check in after meals to see how it tasted if you dine in. If they make a mistake they are super gracious about it and always try to help. Great service, amazing food, and a wonderful staff!

Waited for 10 mins in line inside, ordered food and waited for 25 mins for our food. (3 sandwiches, 2 chicken nuggets, fries/hashbrowns and 5 drinks) took it home to find all of my sandwiches are missing! Livid to say the very least! Looks like the adults do not get to eat but the kids do! Fries were super cold from the start with zero salt or anything. Nothing like spending a ton of time and almost $40 on good we did not get!
