I have been going to this restaurant since I started working in the area in 2009, and have always had a good experience. Tonight, I had an outstanding experience. I ordered food for me and my family for dinner through the rapid pickup option to pickup on my way home from work. Then, the snow came in and there was an accident along the way and I was stuck in ridiculous traffic. I called the restaurant to let them know I was going to be late picking up my order due to the traffic, and without hesitation, they told me not to worry because they would remake my meal as soon as I showed up. 45 minutes later, I showed up to pick up my order and they were right on top of making my new order, and to top it off they gave me a free cup of hot chocolate while I was waiting. This was exceptional service, and I appreciate them going above and beyond when I needed it the most.

I hadnt been to Panera in a long time and my visit last Thursday reminded me why. I stopped to get lunch to take back to the office. I ordered the Fuji salad and I was extremely disappointed in it. It was very small, it had dried apple chips instead of real apple and a few mini-slices of chicken. They gave me a small cup of dressing, which wasnt enough to really flavor the salad sufficiently, and to top it off, they forgot to add the gorgonzola cheese! I regret wasting my money for such a lousy lunch, and I wont be going back to Panera. The only reason Im giving even TWO stars is that the service was prompt and the servers were nice, but the guy who made the salad was incompetent when he forgot to add the cheese.

Food quality has gone downhill. I used to eat at Panera every day and they used to serve freshly sliced turkey. Now the turkey is "formed" and smells disgusting. I got a turkey sandwich here and couldnt eat the turkey. Called to complain, and the manager said "thats the turkey we always use"... offered me a free meal.. but the only reason I went here, was for a turkey sandwich (and potato soup) I dont want a free, smelly turkey sandwich that looks, tastes and smells like cheap grocery store bologna... No Thanks. "Clean Food", my ass. I wont be back again.

Really unfortunate. We showed up at 5 min till close which I understand is frustrating but we were really tired and hungry. First thing we heard was "really 5 min till close" and the first cashier just walked off. The second cashier wouldnt even let us sit in the lobby even though we said we would be quick and they could clean while we ate. Guess i will have to take my business elsewhere. Really sad

The review below me complaining about the "clean food" slogan and "smelly turkey" should make their own sandwich at home. This is a great place for friendly staff and decent environment. Managers always try to help fix mistakes and soup is always hot and tasty. Screw the haters, love you panera!

I went here about a week ago during the lunch rush. I stood by the counter waiting for the preparers to get my meal and a friends meal ready. They were such a team and sooooo fast! I couldnt belive it. They should have corporate come down to visit and make them an example of how its done!

Dirty and old (built in the 80s or 90s and never renovated). Nothing is in stock, and the back-of-house is a wreck. They always under-schedule employees and it takes forever to get food. I worked here to pick up a shift.

This place is good. There is a fireplace in the winter. The seating area needs maintenance and a thorough cleaning, but hopefully they will attend to that soon! I like to come here with my mom.

Longest wait ever, even for the most simple sandwich. They served three people that were behind me in line before I even got mine and it was honestly pretty gross. Wont be back to this location.

We always has a very good experience at Panera, good food, variety, fresh fruits, smooth is our favorite, soups, salads...when we are around doing our bike ride we chose to go at Panera..
