The service at this particular panera is terrible. Countless times I have gone in to get food and watched the 1 person behind the register struggle to help the 10 people in line while 5 people sit on the sandwich line and do nothing. Just left this location and I watched a a worker ruin 4 loaves of bread because the slicer wasnt working. Should have just cut it by hand. The management is awful as well. They see the employees needing help and dont do a thing. Oh yeah and my order was completely wrong today. Wrong cream cheese and wrong smoothie. Very disappointing. Wont be going back anytime soon to this location. I feel very badly for the lady who waited 20 minutes only to see every loaf of bread that could have been hers get ruined. Guess no tomato basil for the dinner party tonight.

This Panera Bread has gone way downhill in the past couple of months. They hired this one extremely flamboyant boy who likes to socialize more than he likes to work. He also has an abrasive personality, likes to wear his pants down so that his underwear is showing (nobody likes seeing that!), and spends way too much time on his smartphone. I would think that the manager would have corrected him, or fired him by now, but that hasnt occurred, either. If I were the GM, Id fire both of them, along with a couple other employees they have there.

The Plague

Unfortunately when I went they were out of bread bowls, which is OK as fresh bread takes time to make so I can understand the situation they were in. However the salad I choose to replace my breadbowl with contained a multitude of black lettuce pieces and thick tasteless lettuce hearts. Some of those pieces seemed to be way past expiration as they were turning brown. The customer service was good, but the fact of the matter was they were out the food I wanted and what was left was spoiled.

When people spend 10.00 on a meal they expect for it to be complete. I had a you pick 2 and i got a half of a half of a cup of soup. This location is not the first time its got my order messed up. And I can understand normal errors but when you have a bunch of employees standing around cause they are not very busy and they make these types of errors it disappointing!!! Lost me as a customer!

Although a little tricky to find at first, I like the location of this Panera Bread as it right near the interchange of S. Santa Fe and US 285. The food is pretty good, and the staff is helpful. There is a fairly large seating area, and in the morning, the outside seating area is quite pleasant. If possible, avoid coming over the lunch hour, as it gets really busy then.

This is a location to avoid. Very poor service Coffee ran out so two customers took coffee canisters up to the counter. The person working eventually took them back then nothing for at least 5 mins. I had to inform another person working at the time about the coffee. In the end customers were waiting at the counter for coffee that wasnt there for Over 10mins

I love the staff, however on more than one occasion Ive ordered for Rapid Pick Up online and sometimes Ive customized my order, well when I did customize my order Ive not gotten what I asked for. Which has been disappointing. Overall, I like it there, but I would like it if customized orders where taken more seriously.

I love their turkey and avocado BLT sandwich. The cheddar and broccoli soup is the best. They carry tasty bagels and their cream cheese is wonderful. They carry a variety of sandwiches which are very delicious. Panera Bread is my families favorite fast food restaurant.

This Panera location will get your order wrong at least 4 out of 5 times. How do I know? Because that is exactly what has happened to me. Its a shame because I enjoy their food. Have to find the next closest location since this one always lets me down.

I feel like every time I go there, they are out of something I order, but never the same thing. Poor management. The last time I went, they were out of tomato basil bread but didnt tell me until I had already paid and was waiting for my food.

The chicken pasta dish had about one ounce of chicken perched on top. It would have made a beautiful picture for a magazine, but its size was disappointing in real-life. If I was Zoolander, I would say, "Is this a pasta dish for ANTS?!"

When you walk in the smell of all those freshly baked goods hits your olfactory nervous system, filling it with joy. Excellent location, quiet, lots of room, optional outside tables, friendly and prompt staff.

Panera seems to be super popular, but I dont get the hype. Its calorie-dense food and not that good. I was shocked they didnt offer more vegetarian options.

Food is generally very good, although expensive. I find half salads are the right portion and price for lunch But staff can be surly at times.
