Horrible treatment of customers. I love Qdoba. I often referred to it as a safe location to eat as it has never disappointed me before. After a long day of traveling, my boyfriend and I stopped in here. First, we both ordered bohemian veg tacos which werent made right at all. Any attempt to offer an adjustment to the preparation was ignored. I told the young man behind the counter that I didnt want onions, mid sentence a female worker loudly joined him in complaint about the management of the establishment, her complaint was followed up by the young man throwing onions onto my tacos. We were then rushed out of the restaurant at around 8 pm on a Friday. Ive honestly never felt so disrespected in any food location. We didnt want to stay in there and eat anyways as each table had food sprinkled on the surface and the floors were sticky.

I have never had a problem with a Qudoba but normally would rate it fair just because its a typical chain restaurant. Today they exceeded my expectations. They were in the middle of their lunch rush and ran out of chicken. I could see the cook in the back doing his best to get it ready but it was going to be 5 minutes or so. Im sorta weird about other meats besides chicken unless I cook them so I was willing to wait. Normally I would be nervous that the chicken would come out underdone because their was a line out the door and a lot of pressure on this guy. Instead he stood their and checked the temperature of each breast and took his time. The staff was apologetic and even comped my meal for me. Not only that but my lunch was delicious! Thank You for exceeding my expectations of a chain restaurant.

Service here is always terrible. The night crew here is always rude and they try to rush you out the door as quickly as possible and act as if their paying customers are inconveniencing them. Literally, they just slap your food together. This has happened on more than one occasion. Ive worked food service in the past and get that you have other duties aside from serving customers but damn, at least have the decency to look at me while Im ordering.i get you must hate your job but you may not have your job for much longer with that kind of attitude. I never write reviews, dont really care too much the service I receive as I understand things happen and people are human and have bad days, but seriously, upper management really needs to look into this!

We eat at a few different Qdoba around our area. This one is usually pretty good. Tonight as we ate here there were a few things that bothered us. There were three employees. When it was quiet they stood around and talked even though the drink station and dining area needed attention. The lady with the long black hair had her hair hanging down. Im in food service and our hair needs to be tied back and in a hair net. She talked to many in the line about how beautiful their hair was, what products they used and how they got it to look that way. We thought maybe they had a salon in the back. Not very professional at all. Otherwise, the food is great!

The girl who applied the cheese and such to our food went straight from sweeping , without washing her hands, to grabbing her gloves and squeezing them around in her hand while she figured out went on our tacos, put the gloves on after they have been contaminated with God knows what... and then grabbed all of toppings. I was so mad I chose not to say anything because I was scared Id lose it. And above all was rude. Didnt say a single word to us while she did it all with a smug look on her face. Its now 10:30 am and Ive tried to call to speak with a manager and nobody answers. Highly doubt they are all that busy at this time.

I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle. This store has disappointed lately. Actually, Qdoba in general has been disappointing lately. There was one person ahead of me in line and he ordered 4 burritos and a few other small items for his office. There was only one person working the counter, and she was slow. Took 10 minutes from when I ordered till I paid. My food just sat on the line, partially completed as she made his food. They are also more expensive now than Chipotle. I dont get any of the addons, but still pay for them. If they didnt have Queso, there would be no reason to come back.

I asked for shredded beef... The guy says ground beef? I said no shredded... And he says okay... It was not shredded it was ground beef, the next lady was polite and offered to remake it but I declined, but thats not all. The lady as the cashier is ringing up my food and then I pay. And then she starts looking at her phone right below the register.... As Im waiting for her to bag my order! I couldnt believe it... I finally had to get her attention and tell her to bag it and hand it to me... But thats something I shouldnt be doing as a customer it was such a rude experience.

Horrible customer service. Ordered online, went to pickup food. When i arrived i was told their machine was down and they werent filling online services. When i questioned why I hadnt been informed they just said they were too busy. I asked for proof that my card had been refunded and they told me to come back later when they werent busy. Manager wouldnt get on the phone to resolve any issue could just hear her in the background telling employee to tell me to call back later. Will never go again. They just dont care about customer service.

Their lights werent even on.... giving the illusion they werent even open. I think its because the employees didnt want to be there in the first place. Cashier in a Chewbacca hat? Dont know how that got past management.... He also touched his face and phone without washing his hands. Yum!!! Terrible customer service from the staff... I wasnt even asked what I wanted in my burrito... The young woman just grabbed my burrito and looked at me. I dont think she said a word the whole 10 minutes I was in line. Probably wont come back to this one.

Ive never been so disrespected in my life. I tried to order and was ignored. When I tried to voice my complaint about my taco being made wrong they literally pretended as if I didnt exist while placing onions on all three of my tacos. All the while I was trying to say I didnt want them. My order was placed in bags although I never remember saying I wanted it to go. Absolutely ridiculous. What kind of Mickey mouse operation is going on here? Tighten up

I come to eat very often and today I brought two coupons and they didnt want to accept them just because they werent signed when I made a catering order I was given the coupons but I didnt know they had to sign the coupons and they kept the coupons. I was very embarrassed. I am not exactly sure who it was but all I know is that it was the manager since he was wearing a navy blue polo. I am really upset and they have now lost a customer.
