As a whole I like Chick-fil-A, but not this location. Ive been four times so far in the two months that its been open. Two of the times I was asked to pull to the front because my food was not ready and they didnt want others behind me to keep waiting. (This was after already waiting at least five minutes before getting to the window). The location is awkward in terms of pulling in and out (meaning you cant go left to turn onto the same street that you came in, or you might have to take a side street to get there because of medians in the street blocking off the entrance. The drive-thru has two lanes to order, which if you ask me is completely pointless given that it bottlenecks back into one lane and there is only one pickup window. One time they forgot which car I was because when two people order at the same time, whichever car pulls up first can screw up the order of cars. Plus, the speakers are loud and in close proximity to each other so one time during lunch hour the lady was hearing an order from another car instead of me. Regardless, the window pickup times have been much longer than other Chick-fil-As. It seems like they are trying hard too because there are so many employees inside the pickup window. Maybe its just the manager at this location that needs to go. Is the food good? Yes, but Id advise to get it from another Chick-fil-A. Also, they are still using chickens that have been laced with antibiotics. The company finally said that they plan to stop buying the cheaper, unhealthier, and poorer treated chickens in the near future, though no exact timeframe has been given.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. I will not go back to this location. I really like Chic Fil A but this location is terrible. Every time I go there its always something. Most of the time they don t have milkshakes,ice cream or the lemonade blended drink. I go to this location at night and even though its 30 minutes or so to closing they ALWAYS dont have those 3 things. Occasionally they will not have any chicken cooked so you have to wait on that as well. I used to come to this drive thru all the time before going to work at night but now I am saving myself a lot of money by not coming here. There is something wrong with the night crew working here and they are snotty young kids as well. As if I am in the wrong for coming to the store before they close. I asked for ketchup for a large fry and got one little ketchup in the bag! I also had to wait once again for chicken to be cooked. I have 4 free cards for chicken from this location I will only go back to get my free chicken during the day; the night shift working here are terrible and condescending.

I love chick fil a but maybe I should start going someplace else for a heathy option. I try to eat better than normal with a busy life its hard I go to check fil a and oh look they have a Greek yougart with fruit. Hahaha yeah well its pathetic that they would even hand you that cup with barely any fruit on it. Twice I tried this. Thought the fist time was just a fluke. Nope it was not. Other than that and me just being a baby about that it is fast and they are nice at this location.

Once again they got my order wrong! I explain it in the easiest possible way. All I wanted was the chick-fil-a and the Spicy Chicken deluxe, just the sandwiches. But of course this is the most complicated request to two different employees there, they both couldnt get it through their heads that my order was simple. Apparently having brains is not necessary to work there. I love their food, & I used to give them about $800 a year in purchases, but now they get nothing.

Sometimes they cannot keep up with the lunch rush, which I mitigate by using the CFA app to order without waiting in line. Non-peak hours are fine. I wish they cleaned the play area a little more often. The floor is often gross. The food is always consistently good, of course, and the staff is friendly and helpful and I know theyd fix me up in a jiffy if I had a problem.

Man. I hate that these guys are closed on Sunday. Who gives a Damn about not operating every Sunday, I know why they do it, but its draconian and ignorant. The rest of the world doesnt stop for 24 hours, why should your business? Also they hate gay people, but make great chicken. So, I guess that puts them at about a 2.5 or 3.

Went on cow day. Busy, but thats to be expected. However, owner Azim did not honor the free system for costume. Said "well its owners discretion." All over the website and all that advertising only to walk in and be told, fairly politly, to go somewhere else if I wanted the free option. Simply disgracefully handled.

Always good quick/hot food at this Chick-fil-A. The staff has always been super friendly as well. The drive-thru can get crowded during the noon lunch hour, but service is typically fast and Ive never had an order messed up. My kids love it here. They also have a play place indoors for children.

This location rarely makes mistakes and have always made it right the few times they did. Very friendly. I wish they opened earlier because I love their breakfast but have to be at work before they are open some days but I cant fault them for that. 6:00 is a fair time. 5 stars plus.

Ken the manager at the Highlands Ranch Chick-fil a was the most genuin person ever! I left my credit card at home and he helped me by giving me his meal! He was so patient and my food came so quick! I love chick-fil a and because if this experience I will love it even more!!!

Always clean. Fast service. Only down side is the sometimes screaming kids because there is a small tunnel room to play in. While is a plus for parents of small children but it sucks for everyone else when kids are running up and down screaming.

Always their "pleasure" to have you. Its fast, delicious, and, well, expensive for fast food. Still, if you dont have time to brine your own chicken in pickle juice and then deep fry them, this easy option is the way to go!

For some reason the chicken patties are extra small at this location (consistently over many trips). The staff are nice enough though, but if you go late expect cold chicken and even colder, limp fries.

No more chicken salad sandwiches but you offer dog treats and there were gnats flying around our table until things go back to the way they were I wont be back sorry for I really enjoyed Chick-fil-A
