Ive tried to resolve my customer service issue with the onsite manager Jordan via phone. I have also left a review on the companies website. They responded with a generic email "As Chick-fil-A locations are independently owned and operated, your comments are being forwarded to the leadership team at the Broadway & Dartmouth Restaurant. By doing so it ensures your dissatisfaction is shared and can be addressed where your experience took place." My complaint is pretty simple, be nice and listen to your customers. This use to be my favorite location and I will not return because of Jordan. My recent experience has shown that this company does not listen, nor care about their patrons. I left my email and personal cell number for someone to reach out to me. I have yet to hear from anyone and its been almost three weeks since my horrible experience.

I have to say the most dissappointing meal from CFA that Ive ever had. Im normally a regular at other locations and even though im at costco 2x week i wont be stopping by again. The chicken strips were the smallest i have ever seen. Barely bigger than a sauce pack not to mention the fact that they were actually dried out and crusty around the edges. Seriously the size of a mcdonalds nugget. The fries were at least an hour old and at best, luke warm. Tasted like cardboard and i normally love CFA fries. The milkshake was as good as it normally was and the service was good too. I just dont understand how they could go so far down in food quality. Heres to hoping one of the other locations is better. Btw, no customer survey on the receipt or website to submit feedback. I uploaded pics of the as well.

We ordered a chicken biscuit and a beacon egg chess biscuit, both biscuits fell apart as soon as you picked the biscuits up. It was like either they werent prepared properly or like the workers soaked the biscuits in butter. It was beyond disappointing when we got home to think we had some amazing Chickfila to have food worse then McDonalds. We dont eat McDonalds because we dont want to be disappointed with our food. This isnt the first time we have been disappointed lately with Chickfila. I have worked for Chickfila before and they would of never served the biscuits i received today! They would of threw the whole batch away and ate the cost and had fresh biscuits that actually stayed together when the customers went to pick it up for the first bite! Thanks again for the bad taste in my mouth.

I normally never have an issue when visiting this location. It gets super busy and the employees are rushed but I experienced some bad customer service at the window. Unfortunately the older Hispanic lady at the window wasnt wearing a name tag but she proceeded to just butcher my name (Manda) several times while looking at me for approval, practically threw my food at me. I told her I needed my drink still and almost threw it in my car. I barely grab it and she tells me to hurry it up! I told her I needed two bbq packets and she rolled her eyes and said I only get one or shell have to charge me. Wtf! I ordered two 8pc nuggets and they have to share 1 tiny packet??

Im sorry. I am a loyal customer and enjoy their food, but I went there after practice yesterday and had a horrible experience. The restaurant was surrounded by a line of cars wanting to go through the drive through and the inside of the restaurant was vacant except for a few people. The food I ordered was horrendous and disgusting. I threw it away. My milkshake (which was supposed to be strawberry) was a vanilla shake with very little strawberry chunks mixed into the melted shake. My sandwich was undercooked and smashed into the bag. I waited 25 min for a undercooked and smashed sandwich and a melted milkshake. I will be going to a different restaurant next time.

The service here was just not as good as all of the other Chick-fil-as Ive been to. I asked one server for condiments and she said sure...and never came back. When I got up to ask for it and to refill my drink, I wasnt even acknowledged. Another customer had to tell the lady at the cashier to get me. Just not what I am used to from Chick-fil-a. This may sound weird but only one person said "My pleasure". I look forward to the friendly atmosphere which is why I chose there, food is good but expensive but the service makes it worth it. Not at this one...

I usually love most locations, eat chil fil a pretty often but had a terrible experience at this location, first they had my whole order wrong then when I went back to tell them they seem Mad didnt even apologize eveni had to go thru a whole line again, on top of that one of the employees gave me a rally bad look when I was telling them What my order was, honestly makes me not want to go back to that location, not to mentioned they gave me super salty fries! Idk if it was on purpose or not but even the chicken nuggets were cold!

this place always sucks - and sadly its our local chick-fil-a so Im obligated to give this place another chance countless times.. always to be disappointed. The only Chick-Fil-a I know that carries a sour, sassy attitude whether over the counter or through the drive through; Constantly forgetting parts of the order and chicken sandwiches with pink meat.... would NOT recommend. If youre in the Littleton area, I would look forward to the new one coming in next to the Alamo.

This place knows how to treat their customers and could be model for how customer service is done. The food is always good even though the place is frequently packed with customers. The bathroom are clean and the everyone seems to work together well. Tye, Jolene and Andrew are great workers, but the staff as a whole have been very well trained. I love the ice cream after a day of golf and prefer this place over the greasy hamburgers joints.

Consistent bad drive thru experiences. The last time I was here they forgot the pickles on BOTH my sandwich and my gfs. Previous times they either did not offer any sauces or even ketchup, or we got 1 of each, cuz thats enough for an order that is obviously for 2 people. The one or two times we have gone inside, the service is excellent. Still will not be recommending or going to this location if I can avoid it.

I am from out of town, my friend and I stop into this chick fill a for a quick bite we had never been to one so we went on an adventure .... Upon entering the team leader MONA welcomed us, she asked if we had ever been there and when we replied with no she was very welcoming and was very quick to show us around .... the food was delish and our experience with MONA was fantastic ... She needs a raise !

This place is always great, even when they are slammed at lunch. I dont understand how they can move through so many people so fast. Ive had a couple mistakes when they are busy, but they are human beings, anyone that says they dont make mistakes is lying. They always fix the mistake, thats the key. Dinner time is usually calm and the service is even better. Very polite and accommodating. Thanks guys.
