**Not happy with the customer service by the manager with the name tag saying David, today** I want to start out by saying that normally I have an excellent experience (customer service and food) at every Chick-fil-A location. I love the fries and thats one of the main reasons why Chick-fil-A is the only fast food place I go to, if I eat fast food. Today, however, was very different. We went through the drive-thru at 3:30 and ordered our two meals. As soon as we got our food, I immediately at a fry. It was very soggy looking and when I took a bite it was very cold and rubbery. We drove back around, parked and went in to ask for new fries because those were obviously old, possibly from the lunch rush still. The girl at the register, Jacki, helped us right away and gave us two new sides of fries. The manager on duty, David, didnt even say a thing although he heard us because he looked our way. Jacki asked in the back for fresh fries and gave us the bag of "fresh" fries. They were obviously from the same batch because they looked, felt and tasted the exact same. We went back in and told her, to which she apologized for. The manager, David, just stood there looking annoyed while Jacki helped. We sat down to wait for the new batch of fries. While we were waiting, I saw David go over to talk to the guy that called back the fresh fries and over heard the young man say something about "we had to make a new batch of fries for them" to which I watched David roll his eyes and shake his head in annoyance and walk off. We received our fries, which were better but still not the quality we are used to from Chick-fil-A normally. We sat at a table near the place where you order and ate our food. We were there for about 10 minutes eating and not once did the manager come over to say sorry about the inconvenience, or sorry for the mishap or even ask if the fries were better or anything!!! I was horribly disgusted in the way he did not even bother to say anything or even acknowledge us or the problem but instead rolled his eyes and shook his head like we were a big annoyance to him. I would like to give credit to Jacki for helping us and being so friendly and I would like to make it known that David the manager needs to work on his people skills and problem management skills. That is not how you should deal with such situations. I wont be back for a long while, if ever.

This WAS "my" Chick-Fil-A; Ive been eating here at least once a week and frequently more often since 2012 because its so close to my home and the food is tasty and high-quality. Today I went through the unusually busy drive-thru but left empty-handed, and I wont be back again. Theyd set up the outside drive-thru stand because it was so busy but there was a hold-up because the order-taker wasnt there; only the one employee at the register stand. When I drew up to the window side w/2 cars left in front of me, a teenage girl jumped out of a car, darted across the parking lot, and got behind the register, whereupon the beleaguered young gentleman there began taking customer orders. He was very pleasant to me; unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the young woman whod taken over the register. When my new debit card was declined, she informed me politely enough, and I realized Id failed to activate it. Id started to tell her that and that I would provide another card when she interrupted me with a snotty "sorry," in a dismissive tone, and turned away to the car behind me which then pulled right up on my bumper. Id clearly been dismissed, and accordingly, I maneuvered out of the drive-thru chute and sped away, in shock and humiliation. The take-away is this: if you like Chick-fil-A and you live in Parker, go inside. Be sure to steel yourself for an unpleasant encounter with the over-privileged teenagers working there; they ARE judging you. Apparently, I was found wanting and was haughtily dismissed. My apologies to the many fine, polite, and hard-working staff Ive always dealt with there before, but this incident has left a very bad taste in my mouth indeed, excuse the bad pun. I wont return again, as Im not willing to expose myself to the possibility of another abusive encounter like that. In this climate of rudeness, intolerance, impatience, and cruelty thats hijacked our society over the past year, were all accumulating dozens of little psychic injuries on a daily basis. They do add up. Were suffering the "death by a thousand cuts," and society will continue to go in this downward spiral. "Hurt people hurt people." Can we please just be nice to each other?

Wow. Its hard to describe how wonderful this place is. I walked in with my family at 1230 and the place was PACKED. At first I just figured it was the lunch crowd. I soon discovered the real secret: this place has the best customer service EVER!!! All of the employees were amazingly polite and even with the huge crowd inside AND the long drive-thru line we still managed to get our food within a decent amount of time. The employee going around cleaning the floor with the broom and dustpan really impressed us as well. My infant left a terrible mess on the floor and I tried to clean it up. He told me to leave it and that he would get it. I thanked him and his response was, "Itsmy pleasure!" Everyone was so cheerful and pleasant. Its too bad this is a bit out of the way for us otherwise this would be the one and only Chick-fil-a we would ever visit. EVER.

I was very disappointed with the management (i.e. ownership) at the Chick-Fil-A restaurant in Parker, Colorado. We had a customer service concern that was handled very poorly and inconsistent with Chick-Fil-As reputation for unrivaled customer service. The situation was exacerbated but the owner who wished to argue and dispute vs. making an unfortunate situation right. We are big fans of Chick-Fil-As employees, food and quality of service. However, the ownership at the Parker location leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service and trying to make the restaurants mistake into something right for the customer. My family and I will think twice before visiting the Parker Chick-Fil-A in the future. If I could rate the ownership at this location no stars I would have but the system makes me give it at least one star.

Updated: March 6 2017 after weeks of waiting I still have yet to see my refund or my free coupons. These actions directly reflect on the business lack of care from my near death experience from eating their products. I should have sued the corperation maybe that would have got some attention and corrected the problem. Food is very good however my salad came with some extra. Zach the manager at the time was great offered me a refund and even to deliver a new salad to our house. However after choking on this piece I couldnt even think about eating a salad for a while. Customer service was excellent just need to focus on details this could have cost someone there life, thankfully this evening my child didnt want to share.
