The teachers are constantly changing. There has got to be a reason for the high turn over rate. After one teacher had been caring for a 2.5 yr old for a full week, full time, she still had no idea that she could talk at all. She seemed so surprised when I had a full conversation with her about our evening plans at pick up time. Do they not talk to her or encourage her to use her words to express herself or learn? They have moved her up to a different age group class room without discussing it beforehand at ALL. I was told that before they ever change rooms, there will be a parent conference to discuss the decision. I found out when I got there after work and I couldnt find her. I dont think she was ready at all. But she was going to be 2.5 in a week so they told me she automatically lost her spot in the younger room. While in the younger classroom, she would have projects to bring home maybe once per week. Since she went to the new room, no projects. Not a single one in 4-6 MONTHS. Ive been pressured to potty train multiple times when she, again, is only 2.5 yrs old and I wasnt even consulted on the decision to move her to an older class room. The bathrooms for the children are tiny, dark, cold stalls. They do have children sized toilets but there is no way an adult could fit in the stalls with them to help the kids in privacy. Ive had water bottles full of mildew sent home because they "couldnt get it clean". They must not be washing them regularly for it to get that bad. They have recently got complaints that the daily report sheets have not been being sent out. They started giving them out again but they are very obviously photocopied with each childs name scribbled on top. Ive had billing issues with them.The payment schedule is very inconsistent. The classrooms are also pretty tiny for the number of kids too. I really like this place for the first 2 months. Her teacher was wonderful, caring and great about communicating. The past year, Its gone all downhill. :(

All I have to say is our kids are so extremely happy to be in a place where the individual attention is above par. The only new teacher i have seen is one new addition for both of my kids. Bright beginnings is the best day care you could want to place your kids in. No questions about it. Staff and management are spectacular not to mention my kids absolutely love coming here. Dont think about it, just go see for yourself.

My children have been going to the center for over a year. I have a 3 year old and a 7 month old. Its a smaller center and not a huge cooperate center. Sobia the owner is amazing and works with you she is always making improvements around the center. I feel my kids are safe and loved and taught well when they are in the day care center.

The staff and administration is great. They keep us posted on center events and are proactive in reaching out to help us in any way possible. It is so rare to see in any center where you are treated like family.

Toddler teachers are great at taking care of children. They communicate daily of how my child’s day was like and the cute art projects and activities are a reflection of how they keep our kids busy.

Such a magical place!! Sobia has is so compassionate and cares deeply for all her children. Love this place so well kept, organized, clean, safe, and full of caring compassionate care givers!!
