AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I have been going to this place since it opened. Today, I arrived 10 minutes after 9am and was told it would be 45 minute wait. Ok, I put my name in and came back 35 minutes later. At this time Im told, "there are still a few people in front of you." Then I proceeded to watch six people go back for haircuts. Finally, ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES after I put my name in, I left without a freaking haircut. I will NEVER go back to this place again, even though its one mile from my house. I am 100% certain she was putting people in front of me. If you are going to take the people that are sitting there and being held hostage, dont freaking tell me I can leave and come back if youre just going to put me at the back of the line. Wasted my entire morning, jerkoffs. Oh, and I have no clue why I kept returning to this place. A good haircut is a 50/50 proposition and luck of the draw. Ive shaved my head immediately after a horrible cut, twice!

Update after 2months on 5 Aug: Visited this shop once again. This time, the wife tagged along too, brushing aside her regular salon. We both got the job done by Mandy. Shes great!! Im going back there every time until they disappoint me. I doubt it though. Absolutely no NONSENSE. High-Five ! Just got back from Floyds. This was my first time there and was almost like a walk-in since I called for an appointment just 15 mins before I got there. So they were able to fix me up with Mandy as soon as I got there. She did a wonderful job. I have just once been pleased with a haircut before this.. in Seattle 4 years ago. This was the next. Ask for Mandy. Definitely will be back there for my next haircut.

Ive been going to Floyds for years now in several states. On three separate occasions with 3 separate stylists the experiance has been far from good. It doesnt feel like a real Floyds at all. I have grown to expect a certain skill level at a Floyds, once or even twice I can understand a sub par experiance. On my third attempt at this location the cut was so rough I had to visit the Park Meadows location to have it fixed. I love Floyds, I always seek one out for a cut. This location how ever I would avoid. Your better off making the trip to the Park Meadows location, as it has always been a solid experience.

Im not being dramatic when I say I just had the worst ever hair cut here. The barber got very irritated when I asked if she could use a comb instead of the clippers. She had a very red leathery face like an old sailor, Im guessing she needed a cocktail or 3. She rushed the whole thing to the point where she kept smacking the comb on my scalp and one time hit my eye. The neck shave was done in about 10 seconds and felt like she was using a bread knife. Ive had a couple of good cuts at a different location but this place is no better than great clips etc.

Went in last night after not having my hair done all summer. Was sceptical to let another person touch my hair besides my previous stylist. I was satisfied to say the least. Stephanie did my hair, and wow she did anamazing job. Shes an awesome hair dresser, and the staff are super friendly. They make sure customer satisfaction is a priority, and to see that now a days gets you 5 stars.

Dont walk into this Floyds without knowing the stylist. I came in off the street, and was helped quickly even though the shop was busy, but my stylist wasnt. She asked me about length and sideburns and then completely ignored my responses. She seemed to know only 1 mens haircut and applied it to my head. It doesnt look good, and I wont be back to this location.

Call ahead to avoid a wait, as it can get busy. They have always done a good job on my hair, and are good about letting me try different hair products. The highlands ranch farmers market occurs in front of the store on Sunday mornings during the summer. That can make for nice browsing while you wait, but also crowds the area a bit so plan ahead.

Dont get your hair cut by Rebecca. She doesnt know how to cut hair, gave me a terrible hair cut. Felt like it was her first time ever giving a haircut. Love Floyds, but had an awful experience today. Hopefully theyll be more careful with who they hire cause they can be pretty but it miss. Really disappointing

From the upbeat environment to the friendly staff I loved this place. My stylist Randy C did an amazing job. He listened to what I wanted and delivered! His technique is amazing and he has a wonderful personality. I feel like a new woman and love the new style!

Got a very simple buzzcut they charged me for a full cut, very nice and polite but i got a very bad cut alot of hairs was missed i honestly could have done better myself but i was at work and needed a cut on the go will never go back to a floyds barbershop.

I get my hair cut here a lot due to convince, but the quality of the cut really depends on who you get. I like my hairdresser, but sometimes it is tough to get in.
