I called to get an idea of prices for dry cleaning on some clothing. The lady who answered the phone spoke very fast so I was having a hard time understanding her. She also started talking to a customer that had walked in at the same time she was talking to me. Once she finished talking to the gentlemen that had walked in, I said "I am sorry, I am having a hard time understanding you, will you please say those prices one more time?" At this point she literally SCREAMED the prices at me. I responded with, "Wow, ok, never mind that was extremely rude and you just lost business. I am beyond shocked that she just yelled at me and I am very upset. I had to give a star to write this review, but I would not even give one star. If I cant even be treated well on the phone, who knows how I would be treated in person.

Fantastic business. Great dry cleaners and tailors with a fast turnaround time. I appreciate the staff who will be honest with me if a stain removal or a particular clothing alteration isnt possible, and will work tailoring magic on just about everything I bring in. Whoever said that the staff was rude was probably just rude themselves, or asking for something that wasnt possible and was just disappointed at the result. Ive never encountered rudeness from anyone who works here, and Ive been here probably twenty times at least in the past year to get clothing altered.

Schwan Dry Cleaners damaged a 200.00 heavy winter coat and refuses to acknowledge or admit in wrong doing. We delivered a coat zipped up with the liner inserted and received the coat with part of the zipper melted. I am writing this review only because they refuse to admit any wrong doing. After arguing with my employee they admitted that they could have damaged the coat and then wanted to bill us 25$ to repair it.

Good price ($33 for one short pea coat, one longer coat), my things were done on time, and cleaner than I thought theyd be able to get them. My coats look like new despite heavy wear for the previous few years! The coats also showed numerous signs that they had taken care to make sure nothing snagged (buttons undone, etc.). Very satisfied!

This is where I go for simple alterations to my clothes. I always get my pants hemmed here. They do a great job and they are very friendly. I love the people who work here.
