Have been going here for some time. Is expensive but convenient to my home. Recently had a sweater with large horn-shaped buttons cleaned. First, they put this portion of my order under the wrong name, so did not receive when picked up other items. Then when I went back, it was found, but upon donning the sweater at home, I discovered they had broken the top button in half. No note, no anything. I returned to inform them of the damage, not expecting any recompense other than acknowledgement of the damage. Received excuses, perhaps they didnt not notice... etc. (The buttons are are nearly 2" in length and the top button had been reclosed in the loop - impossible to not notice was broken) Again, no apology, the woman at counter pointing out the sign behind her saying they are not responsible for damages to any items. I left my # for owner to express my discontent. No return call. Nothing. A simple call acknowledging the error with an apology would have sufficed. The owner either is unaware of his poor customer service or simply does not care. I will not return.

Nice to have a dry cleaner that you can trust with your garments. The staff I believe went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. They were able to remove a stain that other un-mentioned cleaners said "was impossible". And Curts understands what medium starch means. Feeling great full that I found Curts Cleaners.
