I have been patronizing for over 10 years. They have really fallen off. The last couple of orders have come back without having stains removed. This last time I specifically called them out to the attention of the intake clerk. I had a cream silk camisole that I particularly wanted carefully cleaned. Well those stains were not removed and now after pressing they are permanent. They tried a second time and now there are additional stains from the cleaning fluid in big rings around the stains. I left it for a third try, but they left I t for the owner to contact me which never happened. I was told to come back mornings when the boss was in . I actually did that because of my history there. Well he wasnt there then either and the attitude was insolent and belligerent. I asked to have him call me which hasnt happened in the last week. Stay away.

Very expensive and the owner has an attitude. Very Rude. I will never return. I went in today to pick up dry cleaning and I had not paid my bill. Tom the owner was waiting on me. My reciept said $49.20 due. He rings it up as $78.10 and proceeds to tell me that the mischarged me and it was actually more. I remarked this is very unusual and not as I expected. His comment back to me was you have a choice on where you go to get your dry cleaning done. The good thing is he is 100% correct and I will never be returning to his store again.

I have just returned from my 3rd trip to this cleaners to pick-up pants that needed altered and I still dont have my pants!! I feel like my pants have been held hostage. I cant get a straight answer as to when I will get my pants. The staff was rude and either uneducated or just dont care. I myself own a business and if my employees were as bad at their jobs as the are here, I would definately find new ones!! Once I get my pants I will never go there again!!

Fast! They always have my items back immediately, no waiting for 7 days as I used to do at Art Cleaners. The various staff people are efficient and quick. Everything theyve cleaned has come back very nice.
