SLOPPY, RUSHED, CARELESS work. Id like to give zero stars! Ive taken several items to this place and have had issues every time! Clothes that were in perfect condition have come back with major issues! Very disappointed. The staff working the front desk claim they cant do anything to resolve the issues. Basically, their attitude has been, "Oh, well." while they stand there and dont make eye contact or say much. Here are the issues Ive had (and these items were in perfect condition prior to taking them there): 1. Wedding dress- came back with tears in the fabric and the hem was let out in some spots. 2. Green formal dress - came back with tiny spots in the skirt. They pressed the dress and left a major imprint of the back zipper on the front of the dress so that when you wear it all you see are zipper teeth across your chest! 3. A blazer came back with several major chemical spots and a tiny hole in the interior lining. 4. A linen dress came back with a broken rhinestone buckle. The buckle was actually broken in half and stones were missing. The broken pieces were not returned to me so I couldnt even try to put it back together. The buckle was a major focal point on this dress and now has a partial piece of it dangling from it. I will not go back to this place and will not be suggesting this place to anyone!

DO NOT take your clothes to this drycleaner. The last and final time I was there was when I brought my peacoat in to be cleaned and they gave it back to me cleaned, but the fabric around the seams had melted. Went in to complain and they say it was a manufacturer defect - which is a bunch of bull since I brought it to them before and had no problems. A previous time I went they lost the cover to my couch, but eventually found it - after complaining many times!! This place may be cheap, but its never worth the risk of them ruining or losing your favorite clothes.

Jen was extremely rude to me ; I was dropping off nearly $100 of my best clothes and suits for cleaning ... arrived at 652 pm, they say they are open until 7 , Jen says "I dont come into your work 5 minutes before you close" actually Jen I work at a hospital so we are never closed .... never been treated so poorly by a dry cleaner ; will never use this place again and would not trust them with my clothes

I called 4 other dry cleaners about having my wedding dress cleaned and they were nuts! One was $295.00, another 175.00 and so on! I could almost buy a new dress!!!!! Continental was unbelievably affordable! It amazes me, how some companies try to stick it to us for the sake of our sentimentality! This place ROCKS! GO THERE! The people are wonderful too! This is one of the best cleaners I have been to in a long time. The service is great and when I walk in the doors they greet me with a smile and know my name, and there not to pricy. Oh and I found out they deliver now just to make my life easyer.

Terrible. Cost me $60 to have 2 bedspreads "cleaned" - came back worse than when we dropped them off. Id avoid this place.
