I will never use this dry cleaners again, they have had a quilt of mine for six weeks and every time I try to pick it up I am told to come back tomorrow and it will be ready. I was promised that if I went back today I would either get my quilt or money to replace it and of course they closed early. I would not recommend this dry cleaners to anyone, if fact I have neighbors that have had the same problems with clothes. Think twice before you use this dry cleaners, unless you dont care about professionalism and customer service.

The new owners go out of their way to give you the best service. I took a shirt in that they had to clean several times to get a spot out of it. Because it wasnt ready on time, they would not take any money for their service. They also cleaned the dirty drapes from our motor home and cleaned them 4 or 5 times to make them perfect without charging us any extra. The old owner was a disaster and promised to pay for a silk comforter that he ruined but I never got my money before he skipped town.

$2.50 per shirt... Not used to paying that much. But the kicker is the guy was smoking cigarettes in there. Wtf? Smoking in a dry cleaner? Isnt that where you go to clean your clothes? No thank you sir. I walked out.

New management makes it a lot better. The new store managers are really friendly and the quality of the clothes are great. I would really recommend this cleaners to everyone.
