Dependable?!? Ha, this place is anything but dependable! I tried this cleaners on Belleview & Kipling out for the 1st time today - I actually called in the morning to see if they indeed offered same-day service as their web site said. I dropped off my 2 items at 8:30am and was promised they would be done by 5:30 that same day. The price for 1 pair of pants was over $8, but for same-day service I was willing to try it out even though thats about $3 more (60% more) than the other place I go to. I went back at 6:05pm and my items were not ready! The manager said they were running late today and told me to come back in a 1/2 hour - which for some may not be a big deal, but my daughters day care closes at 6:30. Shes only 6 months old so I cant just be dragging her all over town. I asked if they were offering discounts to all the people who were affected by their error and she said "No." I cant believe how rude the manager was - and stupid - because if she would have given me a 50% discount for my trouble I would have tried them out again (so they could make more money off me). But now I will never go back and I suggest the same for everyone else.

I took in a suit to be cleaned which had raw egg stains on it. Not only did they not get all the stains out, the suit looked like it had been slept in when I got it back. Double creases in the trousers, suit pockets wrinkled, pressed in crease in the shoulder area, and on and on. Bottom line is, I wouldnt take a dog blanket in here to be cleaned. To top it off, when I went in to drop the suit off, the clerk was on the phone, and couldnt be bothered to get off. I dont know who she was talking to, but it didnt sound like business. POOR all around. Look elsewhere for your cleaning needs. For this, as well as shortening the sleeves on a sweatshirt, they charged me $56.00!

$12 to clean a pair of pants ? Are you serious? !!!! $5.33 to clean a shirt? May need to reconsider your pricing structure ......$100 to do 4 shirts and 4 pants is unreasonable

Awesome service and friendly staff! Yes, the price is higher than Heritage but the quality is tremendously better.
