I took a formal dress here to be cleaned for a new-years party. It has a sparkly, rhinestone diamond broach on the front, and is made of black satin. I dropped it off on a Tuesday the week before I needed it. They swore theyd have it done by Friday, but I wasnt too concerned as I didnt need it until the following Wednesday. I went to pick the dress up on Monday, and the lady said "oh, was the broach broken when you brought it in?". Uh, no, of course not. But they hadnt bothered to call me to tell me it had been damaged. Good thing I came in early to pick it up. The lady said shed have the manager call me. The manager never called, so I called them. They said theyd fix the dress that day (Monday). Tuesday evening I called and asked if they had made the repairs. They hadnt even started, so I just went to pick up the dress. They said theyd reimburse me for the replacement broach, but even though I produced the recipe for the replacement on the spot, they never did. I was really surprised to see that the broach had broken, it really isnt delicate at all; its made of metal. Ive had it dry cleaned several other times at other places and never had an issue. They must have pressed or otherwise exhibited quite a bit of force on it to break. The satin on the dress had also been snagged in several places when the metal broke. In general the dress is pretty much ruined. There are several other dry cleaners in the area that have much better service, quality and prices. Please save your clothes and dont bother with this place.

So, after reading reviews for cleaners around Arvada (with lousy reviews) I decided to give Martinizing a try since they had no review at all. I brought in a dress shirt, asked for heavy starch and sleeves that could cut butter. I was informed it would be a 24hr turn around and to return after 3pm. At 4pm the next afternoon I went in to claim my shirt. I was told it was not ready yet but they were just finishing up. I looked in the back, watched them pull my shirt out of a hamper (I theorize the same hamper my shirt sat in for the past 25 hours) ran an iron over it, put it on a hanger and brought my shirt out to me. No heavy starch... no crease on the sleeves even! I will certainly not be back!!

Awful! Got all my clothes back smelling like smoke, called to complain and they said they forgot to tell their new driver not to smoke in the car. Then it took them 10 days and 3 phone calls to have my clothes returned, with the added touch of one missing. I told their manager that I was disappointed with their service and she said "there are plenty of other dry cleaners out there" So...I figured a review was necessary.

They ruined my suit then said it was my fault because the suit was not new. If you can only clean brand new clothes without destroying them then you should warn people when they drop them off. They offered me $60 for ruining the suit but then wouldnt even follow through and even give me that much. I will NEVER use their service again. There are plenty of other honest dry cleaners around.

Took in 6 items to be dry cleaned the gentleman could not give me a price at the time so I left them. When I picked them up the bill was over $ 52. One pair of polyester pants no zipper was $ 12.76. Average cotton shirt was $8.17, I believe this is an excessive amount especially when they cant give a price when you bring them in. I will never use them again
