I have no idea what M. is talking about. I have been a member of this Y for a little over 3 years and I have never seen menstrual blood....and given a womans locker room that is always busy this is saying something! (And I am there every day at various times). Sorry you feel that way....The staff there do love their jobs and we all joke around together. I have made some really good friends over the years with staff and members. The uppers are great and regularly frequent our facility. I have never seen more than 20 kids in child watch at a time and if so I know they are accurately staffed. I am 100% confident in the staff there and 100% satisfied with all the programs. All equipment is up to par. The price is good. It is clean! Birthdays are celebrated. Strong friendships and community are found downstairs around the coffee tables. We cry together when we lose a long time member. We celebrate the milestones in life together. Staff-full time and part time-know about my kids and personal life. The trainers are excellent and encouraging. Littleton dont let M.M. get you down.....I bet she the that person who looks to be negative each day and will find the "wrong" in every situtation. What a sad way to live each day!! Keep up the good work Littleton Y!!

This place is filthy. Ladies room is nasty. Half the time, you will see menstrual blood on the toilet seats or crap in the toilet. Gross. And the place stinks to high heaven. So, you walk in and the front desk staff will greet you. After you walk by, they go back to looking miserable. Towel desk staff look like caged animals at the zoo. Smile, People! And the Child Watch is a joke. I refuse to take my children there ever again. A lot of the time you will see that they have only ONE employee trying to manage 20 rowdy, screaming children. Is that even legal? And talk about filthy, my children would come home with their knees all brown from the dirty floor. And they would always end up getting sick after being there. This has never happened at any other child care facility Ive dropped them off at. Only here. Someone needs to make a rule about not allowing sick children to be there. I have heard from the staff that they are treated poorly from the higher ups. I have been to a few YMCAs in the Denver area, and I have no complaints about any of them. Just Littleton. The other Ys are MUCH cleaner and the staff actually seem happy to be there! However, I will be cancelling my membership. I will not be contributing this awful facility anymore.

We have been members of the Littleton Y for 6 years and we love it! The programs are great, staff is very friendly and welcoming, price is completely reasonable and facilities are nice. I drop my kids off in the child care room where they play with a million toys, color pictures, sometimes go outside on the playground, and have fun with other kids. The locker room has always been clean anytime Ive been there. Its not high-end swanky like a membership club, its a fun and friendly place with a sense of community. Our kids do swimming lessons, Tae Kwon Do (through Eagle Spirit Academy which rents space from the Y) and basketball, while my husband and I participate in spin classes, Zumba, and other programs. Its a wonderful place, and I recommend checking it out for yourself!

Employees are the worst Ive ever encountered. They honestly think that they are doing you a favor to sit around and do nothing. No equipment is ever cleaned in the weights, cardio, or especially locker rooms. Further the child wach is completely unsafe and unsanitary. They lock your kids in a room turn on the tv turn the lights off and the one or two employees sit back and look at their phones or magazines. Only one good employee of the 9 or 10 that work in that area. Try changing things and you are handed a comment card that goes no where. I will take my $90 a month to lifetime or 24. Too bad your not lke the boulder valley ymcas. Clean and friendly.

There is a lot of good equipment, but the place is not well kept. There was poop on the floor in the womans locker room, I told the staff. The tiled area was cleaned, not the carpeted areas. Next, the lockers are dirty on the inside. I left a tissue in the locker, it was there till the day I canceled my membership. Moreover, nurses who work at Littleton hospital visit the club after work. These nurses work with patients who have mersa. Therefore, one can see my concern. However, years ago it was a good clean environment. Not all the clubs are run by the same person, I heard some of the other places are clean.

The Littleton Family YMCA is truly an extension of my family. If you are looking for a place to call home, where you can get or be healthy, have fun and find volunteer opportunities, this is the place for you! The Y is NOT just a fitness facility, it is so much more!

Great environment! Very nice people! Love it here. Lost one star because the hot tub was removed from the mens room. This was due to unfortunate circumstances and there were not really any other options but still disappointing.

Overheard a couple boys on the swim team in the locker room: "I love swimming here so much better than (that other place). Everyone is so friendly, and theres so much other stuff to do"

Ive been a member for a few months. Nothing fancy, but it has everything you need in a fitness center. It is never overcrowded and the staff are friendly.
