For those that mentioned rude customer service, either those rude people dont work here anymore or you just got the bad luck of the draw. Because everytime Ive come here theyve been great. I locked my keys in the car and 2 customer service came out to help me. I feel that theyre really nice. Granted Ive had a membership with them for 4 months now so Ill start from the top..I signed up with the new head guy Josh. Nice guy, wasnt pushy at all. Took me and my husband on a tour, placed looked nice overall. Bigger than any other gym Ive toured before and Ive toured them all. (24hr, Fitness 19, Anytime, Curves, etc.) The locker rooms are clean, they have hair dryers available at every sink (in the ladys there are anyway). They have a nice cafe, spa, indoor/outdoor pool, saunas, outdoor grill, rock wall, basketball courts. With respect to the other gyms, this gym is very expensive but once you see all that it has to offer, its worth it. Also, WITH kids, weve found it to be the cheapest as far as membership goes. Its an additional $6/month per kid; we have 3. At 24hr its $20/month per kid. AND at this gym I get 2 hours free/day. The childcare is great. I noticed on my membership card, when they scan it, a picture of each of my kids pop up to assure even the newest staff member which is my kid so that Im not leaving with the wrong kids or taking any extra that I shouldnt be. To me, thats a GREAT safety technique. The staff is friendly and has the same amount of patience as does any other parent. I say that because I can see the frustration in their faces on a busy day but they still do their job professionally. I have sat in the daycare on occasion with my kids just to see what its like and they have no problem with that. My daughter needed some adjusting to it and they allowed me to sit there with her until she did get adjusted and all my kids do fine. They dont change diapers, I dont know if they give bottles because I still nurse my baby, but they call you on the intercom to come down to do whatever it is your child needs. I have no problem with that. I was told that during my tour and by signing up still meant I was okay with it which I am. If your kid is still potty training and needs help, they call you down for that. In a nutshell, they are only there to keep your kids occupied for a couple hours while you go and workout. They also offer classes (yoga, pilates, etc.) and even kids activities down to age 3yrs. Like any other gym, it has its peak hours where its going to get crowded. Lets be real. Its open 24/7 and if the only time you can go to the gym is during those peak hours well guess what, its going to be crowded. I dont know why some people are upset to see a gym "crowded" like they expect to be the only ones using the place. If your fortunate enough to go outside those peak hours, like me, then its a good feeling. The equipment is great. On some of the equipment there are 2 of each - if its not right right next to each other its just a couple equipments down. Thats really cool in case someone is using something that I want to work on I can always go to the other equipment just like it, or another equipment that works the same muscles. Real simple. My overall experience has been a great one. I would recommend this gym to all my friends and those who have kids. If you dont have kids, the price might still be worth your interest. Not only is this a gym workout at, but it has free wifi at the cafe if you just want to go there to sip on a latte w/sandwich and surf the internet, get a haircut/massage or go for a dip in the pool or hang out in the hot tub/sauna.

My family joined a few years ago and have now canceled our membership. When we initially joined we were pleased with the services. After a few months the shine began to wear off. We were NEVER told when we signed up that in the summer months the gym has summer camps with hundreds of kids. The pool is packed with children whose parents are not even members, but have paid for their children to attend the camp during the summer months. The pool was extremely noisy and dirty all summer long with screaming children and trash. The bottom of the pool was always dirty with sand and rock. The music rarely worked and the outdoor hot tub was usually closed for cleaning. One reason we purchased a membership was because the public pools are packed during the summer but several times while we were at the pool we considered this pool to be even busier than many public pools we go to in Broomfield due to the summer camps. Many times while at the club the hot tubs were closed for cleaning, the saunas were also closed for cleaning or repairs, yet I saw no cleaning/repairs going on. The trainers are trained for a constant up sell. Its real and we fell for it. Heart monitors, weight loss challenges, nutritional classes, etc. When we joined we initially thought we needed all of these things to succeed, but the truth is, we didnt. Stay away from all the hype of their vitamins, protein drinks, etc. these are just money draining props they sell for increased revenue. We started having serious reservations about the club so we put our membership on hold. We were told it was $10.00 a month to put it on hold; but could come to the club once a month, anytime-and the $10.00 would turn into LT bucks. The gym has been collecting this $10.00 a month for the last several months without any of us going. I decided to give the gym another try and went in to sign back up. First off, I was told I needed to covert to an individual membership because no one else in my family wanted to come back. Secondly, I was told they are NO LONGER allowing anyone to workout once a month even though we were paying the ten dollars. We were told when we went on hold we would have access to the club once a month for as long as we were "on hold"....I then inquired what the ten dollars a month is being used for and was told "its so you dont have to pay the $300.00 joining fee if you ever decide to join again." WOW. Apparently in August they emailed out a change of membership status....?!?! Thirdly, they said the membership fee has gone from $58.00 a month to $69.00 a month?!? What improvements did the gym do to demand more money from me? None, as far as I can see...As I stood there dumbfounded by what I was hearing, it became abundantly clear I was no longer welcome here. I cancelled my membership and dont plan on paying another "joining fee" sorry, I guess its not for a LIFETIME.....

Impressive amenities. Looks like a great place to work out if you want to pay a lot of money. Worth the price if you worked out every day to recoup the fees. Very pricey.... I was quoted 122 for a couple, and 59.95 for a single membership. This does not include $6.00 each per child under 12. I toured the child care area and was so disappointed. They had a nice play structure, although none of the kids in there were playing on it. The day I toured the place, there were 5 sad and scared looking kids in the computer room, probably 4-5 year olds. When I walked in for the tour, they all stared at me with these sad longing eyes to see if I was one of their parents. As I made my way through the play area, there were two little toddlers splashing water at each other at the water fountain. No day care provider around. I was quite concerned that the little one year old would slip and crack his head on the floor, and the teenager on duty at the front desk wouldnt know what had happen because she was too busy at the front desk. As I got farther into the play area, there was another daycare provider who was sitting on the bounce house with a couple of other kids. Guess that was her job, to play with the kids in the bounce house, while the teenager checked in new kids and watched the other 7 children, which included the two toddlers playing with water while they ran back and forth from the water fountain to the play structure. Any minute I thought the little one year old would just trip and knock his head on the slide. If he did, no adult would see it because the teenager was too busy in front, and the other lady was hidden way in the back, on the bounce house. I was told the ratio was 12 to 1. How can you possible watch 7 little toddlers at once if you have to also check children in and out? If you want a place to work out and need childcare, I would not recommend this place. Hire a real baby sitter so that you can be sure your child is safe. I wonder how many "accidents" have happened in this child care facility. Ive read other reviews for other LT Fitness locations regarding the childcare facility, and was very disappointed in the outcome. Seems like a dangerous place for infants, toddlers, and kids.
