A great value if all you want out of a gym is your standard cadre of gym equipment (machines, cardio, free weights). It is well-maintained, and the staff are usually friendly and welcoming; although I could do without the constant, fake "how are you?" greetings prolific throughout American society. The hours are very reasonable too, but I found the shortened weekend hours to cause me to miss training sessions due to my hectic work/school schedule. I cancelled my membership when I started getting into heavy lifting and was told that I couldnt use a weighted belt for pull-ups and dips as it was a liability. Their dodecagon (12-sided polygon) shaped weight plates were also annoying for deadlifts and barbell rows because the barbell would roll around on either side when placed back on the ground. I went to a 24 Fitness Super Sport instead and have been much happier.

Liars and thieves. Our personal trainer was great, the management staff are liars that perpetuate a corporate system designed soley to take your money. We had a 4 month contract, we forgot about signing the paper to cancel(fine, that was on us) but after an email and many phone calls they promised us that we would not be charged the next month because the would honor our signature for the day we emailed the complaint. 31 days later they charged us another $200 and said "oh sorry, its corporates thing not ours", even though they personally guaranteed us we would not be charged again. They screwed us over is so many ways its unbelievable that people still go there.

These guys are fraudulent! The guy said he would mark my cancellation date down when I notified him and said I could pay the $10 anytime to cancel and then they marked the day I paid the $10 as the actual cancellation date which caused them to charge me for another month and they didnt give a crap and wouldnt fix it. As far as the gym, it was a decent place until they stopped playing the better music because of all the old farts complaining about the dubstep and pop music, then we got stuck with old fart music. Wont let you use the wood floor gym unless there is a class going on. Decent free weight area.

Please do not do business with these people. It will be a huge mistake!! Canceling your membership is extremely difficult. And then they have the nerve to charge a $10 cancellation fee. Which I refused to pay and you should too.What are they going to do about it? Management at these places suck. There is no customer service. Which is probably the reason they were rated an F with the Better Business Bureau I suggest taking your business to 24 hour fitness. Where are you know they have an upper management that cares about customer related concerns

I like the gym but the manager is AWFUL. I know a lot of people have trouble canceling their membership. Because the manager likes to say she canceled it but never does so in 6 months they will call you and tell you that you owe them 80 dollar. If you have this problem call the corporate office and they will take care of the outstanding balance. Just make sure when you do cancel you get some sort of paperwork or picture of the computer screen cause you WILL need it I promise.

Business model is to keep charging your credit card after you cancel. I know others have had issues with this but I figured I would stay on top of it if it happened to me. I was charged for 3 months after canceling. I called and spoke to a manager to clear it up, got the 3 months refunded and now im still being charged. I was told the cancellation was never filed. What a shock. Well see what other games they play with me from here on out.

I have to agree with all the negative comments on here. Im not one to rant on social media, but they (and this particular location) one of the most customer UNFRIENDLY businesses Ive ever dealt with. If you like dealing with businesses that hide behind corporate guidelines rather than treat customers like people, then his is your place. PLAIN AWFUL.

Its a nice gym at a fair price. The people are friendly and the facilities are clean. Ive signed up for the workouts with James and Semaj. Time will tell whether it was worth it or not. The only annoying part so far is the channels do not get anything that keeps me focused for the cardio machines. Lacking decent variety.

My wife and I go to this and the Aurora location all the time. We love You Fit. This location is a great size and the equipment is incredible. The staff has kind of changed recently and the guys at the counter arent as welcoming, so we typically go to the Aurora one now. But we love it here always.

Everyone is so nice here. The other members dont make me feel intimidated or out of place. The one on one treatment I get is amazing. The classes are great and I look forward to going everyday. I feel safe and welcome.
