We hired Bay Window for our wedding after meeting both Steve and Jess and thinking that we had finally found a very creative company with top notch service and reasonable prices. We were right on the food, but the service was another story. There were several problems throughout the day, but the ones that bothered me the most were: 1. Dinner was supposed to start around 6:45 or 7:00, but by 3:00 the side dishes had already been set out on all tables (pasta with veggies and marinated veggies), and werent even covered. The plated salads were all set out before 6:00. Not only do most people find food setting out for 4 hours to be unappetizing, but my guests thought dinner was served and didnt understand that they werent supposed to sit down and eat at 6:00. 2. Steves staff was clearing drinks from the cocktail tables around the dance floor that were very clearly not empty. The site manager spoke with them a few times and told them to please only clear completely empty glasses, but they did not listen, causing an inflation in the amount of drinks at the open bar. 3. Steve had his staff start clearing the tables before the dance was over, and all the center pieces and linens were removed from all tables before the last dance was complete. Most of our guests thought it was time to leave and were very confused. He also took all purses and coats and piled them in a corner at the same time, before the reception was over. 4. The head table was cleared and my bouquet was thrown away and taken out before the reception was over, and I had planned on saving it. 5. The staff left 20 minutes after the end of the reception, failing to complete the cleaning required by the reception site. I later learned that Steve had mentioned that they had an event at 7:00 am so they told our site manager that they had to get out of there and didnt "have time for this". I would only recommend Bay Window for a wedding if you have a coordinator who is prepared to keep on top of Steve and make sure that he does not try to pull the stunts he did at our wedding.

I had the opportunity to work at a party with Jess, who brought in all of the food and set it all up. He was on his own with about 50 + people. I was hired separately as a bartender a this event because I knew the folks already. Jess was great, always smiling and kept everything running. I got a chance to eat the leftovers at the end, and after several hours everything was still tasty and fresh. I heard all of the guests remarking how great the food was throughout. These are very picky people and they would not have commented if they didnt like it. I would recommend this catering company.

Bay Windows is the BEST! Steve and Marie love what they do and it shows. They are very attentive to every need you have as a client and respond to every email/phone call promptly. They catered my rehearsal dinner and the cocktail hour for my wedding and they were superb. The food was amazing, and not only did it taste amazing, it looked amazing. The presentation was picture perfect. If you are looking for a catering company with amazing service they are the way to go!
