Do yourself a favor and dont eat here. I have been to this location numerous times before, since it first opened in fact, and its always been mediocre. Neither good not bad, acceptable. Some days worse than others. Today, however was the straw that broke the camels back. I received a coupon in the mail for a half priced shrimp entree, and I was honestly excited to try a grilled shrimp street taco. When I ordered my tacos, they only offered it in a tropical flavored taco with pineapple and I believe mango. I like savory seafood, not sweet. This was an obvious attempt by Qdoba to cover up the taste of sub par quality of the shrimp, by masking it with condiments. They pulled the shrimp out of a covered hot table dish, holding at what Im guessing is slightly above room temperature and swimming in a creamy sauce. Not exactly the type of shrimp I want on a taco. It should be grilled fresh every half hour and held dry. The shrimp were poorly deveined if at all deveined. After I got my plate of 3 tacos, smothered with condiments and a small drink I sat down to eat. I took one bite, low and behold the shrimp were rancid. Ive eaten enough shrimp in my life, whether it be cooked at home with cocktail sauce, in scampi, in my own tacos, at restaurants ranging from buffets to fast food to 5 star to know what rancid seafood tastes like. Its not surprising, seeing that theyre holding it at the perfect temperature to breed bacteria and spoil. Theres a reason you get your seafood from the butcher frozen and packed in ice, not sitting in a hot tray for 5 hours before the first customer orders it. I returned my meal to the manager, she didnt apologize, and made a point to only refund my tacos, not my whole ticket which included a 2 dollar small drink. I emailed corporate Qdoba since they dont have a phone number for customer service, and I absolutely expect not to hear back from them. Im done with this restaurant. If they cant maintain proper safe holding temperatures for potentially dangerous seafood, imagine everything else.

I have been coming here for a few years now and have never had a bad experience till tonight. The kitchen and counters were dirty, the sad high school boy working the counter mumbled and barely acknowledged me, he folded the burrito like an idiot letting it roll off the foil onto the dirty counter and spew queso all over (tore the tortilla...), he barely wrapped the burrito in foil and the foil was covered in sauce on the outside, and to top it all off the coke freestyle had no flavors left and was also missing several drinks. I wouldnt say its a one off because there was a manager and employees I hadnt seen before.

Came in on a Friday night at about 9 oclock the gentleman behind the counter said they were out of steak and out of the hot queso cheese. He said that hes waiting for the grill to warm up so he can cook some more steak and it would take about twenty minutes if we wanted to wait. This is not the way of business should be ran we came in there for steak tacos and ended up with shredded beef tacos that did not taste very good.

We come in every other sunday..... the staff tonight was unusually incompetent....the guy that made my nachos argued with me about what goes on it.... isnt it my choice?! The soda machine was down and it tookthem the entire meal to figure it out and the had to call in reinforcements..... im not sure if we will be back!

Agreed with Cindy. I really like Qdoba but this location is pretty disgusting as far as cleanliness is concerned. There is food all over the floor and the work stations. Also, to call the staff there incompetent is an understatement. We definitely wont be going back to this location.

The booths are disgusting. Several, if not all, booths are obviously NEVER cleaned. There is a coating of nastiness on everything. I didnt want to touch anything. I had to wash up AFTER eating there. DISGUSTING! Whoever is managing this place obviously doesnt give a crap.

The food is delicious and the crew is attentive. They welcome me by name when I visit, and they follow up with me on my order, making sure everything is to my liking. The service and food has improved in the past several months. I recommend the Mexican Gumbo on a cold snowy day.

Always busy. Place is dirt table need to be wiped out. Really busy I understand why no the cleaning. What i notice is the food is tasteless comparing to other locations. No salt not condiments or something but you can tell if your coming from other locations

Have been coming here for several months. The wife and myself are always treated well.The food is good, and a good value, P.S. We drive twice the distance as we enjoy this restaurant so much. We just never have wanted to try the one closer to us.

How little food we got was absolutely ridiculous. Our service was terrible and we were told qdoba never does military drinks. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend going to this location.

This place was okay because it felt kinda cold in the restaurant and the food was just ok. The staff seemed kinda depressed as well. The whole experience itself was very transactional.

Very well kept QDOBA. Classic burrito and queso we have all come to know and love. I cant get enough of this queso as a matter of fact. Great location to come to!

First time here. The food smelled good and I had a burrito prepared custom for me. I didnt eat it immediately but 4 hours later and it was still good.

Our burrito completely fell apart on the first bite... if you dont know how to wrap a burrito dont work at a burrito restaurant.. waste of money
