Love the food, eat frequently. Using online app allows for rating your experience each time. My latest involved missing a chicken tender from a 4 piece order- not a big deal, but I opted to give them a lower-end rating and just wrote a simple note saying "Only received 3 of 4 chicken tenders." The very next day, received a call from the location manager apologizing for the mistake for which he sent 2 coupons for a variety of their gourmet menu items for free, as well as a letter. It read: [Dear Mr. S; Thank you for contacting us to let us know your recent experience at our restaurant was less than "REMARK"able. It is our desire not to just meet your expectations but to exceed them. We are very sorry that we fell short and we would love to offer you this "Be Our Guest Card" to use on your next visit. We look forward to earning your trust back and thank you for visiting Chick-fil-A at Denver West. Sincerely, CB- Director of Operations]. Needless to say, the focus of the company on the importance of a positive and pleasant customer experience permeates all of their locations already, but this sort of follow-up and desire to correct an error- not because they know I will continue to eat there, but on the principle of righting a wrong- is unheard of from any of their competitors and dare I say, many dine-in and family restaurants. If the rest of the fast food industry would take notice and take a page from their book, a trip to McDonalds, Taco Bell, or nearly any other fast food chain would not be such a crapshoot of recurring disappointment when dealing with employee incompetence, order inaccuracy, and unpleasant customer service experiences. Thanks for doing whats right just because its right, Chick-fil-A, youve restored a bit of my faith in a corporation that is not merely out for insane profit margins and base-level operating cost at the expense of the patrons.

I ordered two Spicy Chicken Delux Meals on the app. Not only did it take 15 minutes for them to prepare my food, I had driven off through a snowstorm only to discover that they had not included either of fries. I returned to chick-fil-a and asked for my fries, and was given less than two orders of cool, not warm or hot, fries. I then drove off again only to discover that I had no straws for my drinks. At this point the weather was too bad to justify going back. By my reckoning there are four parts to my order that are required for me to enjoy it on the go: The burger, fries, drink and straw. Chick-fil-a managed a whopping 50% success rate placing those four simple items in a bag for me to enjoy, after a massive 15 minutes. I am incredibly unimpressed as the location was rather quiet, with only 5-10 patrons in the store when I walked in to get my fries.

Horrible service, took 25 minutes to take my order, then I finally pull up to the window the guy was super rude and the first thing he says is " Im suppose to be off" rolling his eyes giving me my total. Then gives me the wrong food I tell him and he rolls his eyes and grabs the sand which from me. He gives me my food I ask him for buffalo sauce he gives me BBQ I said can I pls have buffalo grabbed more BBQ and closed the window on me. I will never be back horrible service I use to work for chick fil a and I can promise this behavior would have not been tolerated........ and once I get home my nuggets were rubber I couldnt even eat them, the sad thing is I went to McDonalds got amazing service and way better nuggets, better watch out!

i love chickfila. I hate food poisoning. I went here yesterday, got my original sandwich at about 1pm, the only thing I ate all day. About 4pm I started puking, 4pm till 2am when I went to the hospital for dehydration, and got the confirmation, food poisoning. I really love stopping by chickfila, and the Denver west location has always been good(I visit 3 times a week on average), but I gotta put this out there, Id hate for anyone to deal with what I had to for 12 hours

Just went there and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles to go. Get back to my office and check, theres no pickles. Start eating it and get the distinct flavor of pickles which tells me they had this already made and then removed the pickles. I HATE pickles. Lunch ruined. Id go back if I had the time and make them make me a fresh on. Threw the sandwich out. Stop being lazy chick fil a. Not cool.

I hate to knock a Chick-Fil-A because they have tasty food, but this one seems to be an exception. Their food can range moist chicken and biscuits, to dry chicken and biscuits (I usually get breakfast here). I had to throw it out once because it tasted wrong. I have had lunch at this location too and have run in to the same experience. When its right the food is just as tasty as any other Chick-Fil-A.

Very warm and friendly staff, The dinning area and restrooms were really clean. My meal was warm tasty and I enjoyed the unlimited refills on my drink. The only thing I did not understand is why they replaced the Tabasco sauce with Texas Pete sauce? If one actully reads the The Texas Pete packet they will see it is not even from Texas it is from North Carolina. Hum, whats up with that?

Abigail was the best drive through host that I have had in YEARS! As a vegetarian it is always a struggle to get the person taking my order to understand what I mean by "can you please substitute the meat on the order for hash browns." The folks at Chick-fil-a (Abigail) had no problem accommodating my vegetarian tendencies. Thank you and please give this girl a raise! Katie Corrigan

By far the best fast food chicken I have ever had! The batter flavor is better than KFC! To top that off, the customer service in this restaurant is amazing! From the minute I walked in to the time I left I felt "part of a family". The staff is gracious and appreciative of your business and Christoper Loos was just remarkable, we will be back over and over!

This place isnt qualified to handle two drive through lanes that merge. Always serving the outside lane first means the inside lane waits while that car pulls up and the car behind it orders. In other words the outside lane moves more than twice as fast. Fine I guess, but kind of a joke to be 3 cars behind the car that started behind you.

Walked past a booth where an assistant director and a lead manager were playing kissy face!!! There are mainly kids here, so inappropriate and just how unprofessional in general. Service at the counter was good, salad was good, but all fries received in our order were cold. Bathroom maintenance is still poor. Not a very well ran store.

First time eating here. The service would be hard to beat. The food however is not in my top 10 for fast food. Not bad but not great. The blended coffee was great, but the spicy chicken sandwich had uncooked batter folded in the chicken. The nuggets were better than some other fast food places. Very clean looking place.
