I got the wrong sandwich, called the store to see what they could do about it, and they just said "uh sorry" and hung up on me right away without even giving me a chance to say anything else. I would at least like to have another sandwich made for me but they wouldnt even give me a chance to say anything. Manager was also slightly rude in the store, but this phone experience just proved to me that they have awful customer service

I went in with my husband to get a sub after work. Not only were we ignored but we were huffed at while an employee was sweeping. I called to let management know and was lied to straight out. Weve had issues before. We did not get anything and we will not be going back ever again.

I actually did not eat here however I have had the joy of cleaning up the puke from my two little boys and my wife who all had sandwiches from this location today. The one item in common on all the sandwiches was mayo. We will not be returning except to get our money back.

DONT GO HERE theres a worker named Sherry there that gave back my receipt with BLOOD ON IT!! and as I looked at her hands she had blood on and in her nails!! She also had skin lesions all over her arms. REPULSIVE!!! YOU WORK IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY WTF!!

almost felt like everyone there took downers during their shift. there was no effort on anyones behalf to expedite any stage of the process. only good thing was that they didnt skimp out on the chicken teriyaki.
