Very disappointed. Showed up for my appointment and was told my stylist was running late as she was covering for another stylist who called in sick (the owners daughter). Was told it would be about 30 minutes so please come back. When I returned, I sat down to wait. The 30 minutes turned in to an hour and no one acknowledged me. When my stylist was finished with the person ahead of me, she walked to the back of the store and did not return. The owner (Mike) walked to the back of the store and did not return. After waiting an hour, I left. I received a call from the stylist 1.25 hours after I left (3.25 hours after my scheduled appointment). The stylist profusely apologized, told me she did not know I had been waiting, and offered to cut my hair for free. Too late. Unfortunately, Lisa, the stylist, is new and it was obvious that she was to take care of the "absent" stylists customers first and foremost. BIG MISTAKE on managements part in this. My grandfather was a barber, I have many family members who are stylists (in California), they are all appalled by the treatment I had received. BIG MISTAKE. They receive 2 stars as I disliked it, 1 star indicates hated it. Hate is a very strong word and I refuse to lower myself to their standards; therefore, 2 stars it is.

This afternoon my appointment was at 4:45pm, however, when I walked in, there was no Hi or any greetings, instead, it was a rush to ask me sit down and wait, just because she was running late for her another customer. Me and my husband sat there from 4:45pm to 5:10pm, it was 25 minutes waited. When I walked to front and asked the receptionist, she was rude and asked me to sit back and wait. Not only that, through the whole time I was there, she never apologize or anything. I know that girl is Owners daughter, but she presented bad image of this store. Very average skill for the waxing she provided! The website says all the combo service is $25, but she charged me $28. You know the whole is not just pay $3 more. I made a huge mistake came into this salon!!!! Unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. I truly believe that good business is not only evaluated by what they can provide to the customers, moreover, the attitude they carry!!! Living in this town, I can tell you that Inspire Salon is the best, if not because the system screwed my appointment, I wouldnt know how bad this place is, and feel appreciated all the services I received from Inspire Salon.

BeauImage is a very classy and cute salon. There is very easy parking out front and when you walk in there is usually someone there to always greet you with a smile. If you like trivia they always have some fun trivia to get you thinking while you are there too! Val is new to the salon but I have been going to her for many years. She is absolutely amazing with my long curly hair! I dont even need to tell her what I want anymore, she just knows what to do! After ever cut I leave happy and feel so much better! She is always up to date with new techniques and offers to try fun new ideas if I want. I like to leave with fun styles and she loves to be creative! Val is good about identifying what my hair needs, like if I need a moisturizing treatment or highlights or thinning out. She has also turned me onto some amazing new hair products that have changed the texture of my hair!! Highly recommend Val! If you are looking for someone new, look no further!

Read the reviews expected a professional. Payed 200$ for a rude stylist with an attitude against the world to do a horrible job . Tryed to fix the problem and she lied about what she did to my hair not to get in trouble. I really expected more from these people, very nice place, bad staff , and not that experienced for the price I guess their regular customer base is strong enough not to care about keeping new customers. Bad business

EXCELLENT! WORLD CLASS! LOVE THEM! The team at BeauImage is caring, professional and fun. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with a warm welcome, helped quickly and offered something to drink (coffee, tea, water, etc.) I receive a great hair cut and color! Amber did my hair in a retro up-do for a wedding earlier this year and I still hear compliments about how great my hair looked! Go get spoiled at BeauImage today!

Not only is Cassie so very sweet and awesome to talk to while you are sitting in the chair, she is exceptional at what she does. I show her a picture and she works her magic. They build strong relationships with their costumers and always go the extra mile to ensure the needs are met. The salon caters to all age groups which provides for an intimate diverse experience. First time coming here, the atmosphere is amazing and the people there are so sweet! Mike knew exactly who I was when I arrived and Eden did a lovely job. Did the color/cut I wanted. For her just graduating from beauty school, she did an amazing job, highly recommend this place and Eden for hair. Definitely will be coming back!

Great establishment! Val is very easy to work with & understands her trade better than most. The best compliment I can give is this: I havent had a bad hair day since I met Val! Seriously, sometimes I even try to mess it up, and it still holds to the great cut that Val gave me. What more could you want!

I see Krista there and she has been wonderful. I initially saw her to get a drastic cut from long to short hair. I gave her a lot of freedom and she gave me a super cute haircut. Second time back and she cut it a little different and I liked it even better! Great place, worth the money.

Great haircut. Val listened to what I wanted and then gave me feedback based upon my facial structure and hair type. It looks great. Also no pressure to buy product, but very clear about what she was using and what it would do for my hair. She also gave me tips on how to style my hair.

I absolutely love this place it is classy and very quite place! I worked with Cassy and she was great always polite! I have done 4 different services and love it, not to mention the wine they offer to clients is so tasteful and free at that!!!!! Total y reccomend!
