Went in for a perm. Certain parts of my hair started to go straight from the day I got home and after a couple of weeks there were barely any curls. I have had many, many, successful perms throughout my life, one being about a year and a half ago. Went back and showed my stylist and the manager my straightened hair. All agreed something happened, not sure why the perm did not take, mind you,my hair is also dried out now. Was informed by the manager that the policy at this location is that they will re-perm at no charge within 2 weeks of the original service. My hair would have fallen out because it was damaged from the first attempt!!! Anything after 2 weeks I was told that I would have to pay half. Wow, really!! Perm did not take, was rolled loosely, not enough rollers, perm could have been defective, and I am stuck paying for it, not to mention having to take time off of work to have this service redone. Spoke with franchise owner, who states he has no experience in hairdressing also, states he just owns the franchise. Owner backed up the managers decision stating that this is in fact the policy. As much as I did like my stylist, I will no longer be a customer.

My girlfriend and I went in at 7:35 p.m. so she could have her eyebrows done. The shop wasnt scheduled to close until 8:00 p.m, but, despite having no customers waiting in line, the two employees refused to see her. Dont waste your time dealing with this location!
