Been there a few times w my kids they have done OK w my boys but overall im never 100% satisfied they always seem to mess up some part of theyre hair also my daughter went in there once on her own for a trim and she left in tears after being told she had LICE then the girl continued to make my daughter very uncomfortable by telling her she should not have come there having lice but that now that they started they had no choice but to finish my daughter told them this isnt anything she was aware of she couldnt get out of there fast enough as they girl made her feel horrible only to have her come home i check her and find NOTHING then to be safe and take her to her Dr. to check and nothing so this girl made my daughter feel HORRIBLE about herself her exp was mortifying amd for NOTHING she DID NOT HAVE LICE!!! They really have no right to even make an accusation like that and if for safety or hygiene issues they should ne trained to differentiate what lice would look like or dandruff or in this case a lump of combed hairspray that got flaky as they brushed thru her hair. I would NEVER take my family back there this stylist should not even have a job after what she out my daughter through. NEVER AGAIN!!!! i do nit recommend this location to anyone not even as a last resort! In this case they dont even deserve 1 star

Moved to Cromwell and have been searching for a good place to get my son and husbands haircut. Not sure how they cut womens hair but I can give them better fades myself and I have no formal training whatsoever. The fade lines were stark no gradual fading and there were patches in my sons head. How a stylist can miss that or worse see it and not care is beyond me. You get what you pay for. Go elsewhere.

Id never been to Cost Cutters before but I figured Id give this one a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how short the wait was and absolutely LOVED my haircut. The hairdresser understood exactly what I wanted and was able to make it even better than Id hoped. I plan on going back again an again!

Had some down time. Drove by on a Monday after noon and decided to stop. Walked in. Waited three minutes. Got a nice high and tight cut. Done in 15 minutes total. Would defenitly go back. Bad reviews should be specific to the stylist and not the whole business. Cheap and fast.

Absolutely awful haircut i got. It was choppy and longer on one side than the other i complained about but they dont do refunds...i went back so they could fix it but still looked so bad...do not go here please do not waste your money. I wish i could give negative stars

All the woman who work at this location are very qualified and friendly. They listen to what you want in any.style,and offer a suggestion on how you can inhance that style.. I am very pleased overall with the price,clean appearance and friendly personal.

Been here a few times, even with my son and daughter. I always feel rushed, and they make me feel unsure of what i want done. Great place for maybe a simple trim, but nothing more.
