Before moving to the East End, I used an AVEDA salon that I loved. I havent found any salons out here that I have really had a great cut at until I went to Scarlett Rose. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with the aroma of all of the AVEDA products, which is so nice. My stylist, Paola, was right on time and sat with me to discuss my hair. I told her I have had terribly dry and damaged hair for the past year and she suggested I try the dry remedy treatment. She also talked through a new cut/style for me that would make my fine hair look more voluminous. Well, let me tell you-between the dry remedy treatment and the new cut, my hair has never looked or felt better! Even the lady in the chair next to mine was complimenting me at the end! I highly recommend Scarlett Rose and am happy to have found a salon I can trust.

BAD experience at Scarlett Rose. Go here if you like to have your time wasted or enjoy being disrespected. I showed up at 8:57 am for my 9:00 am appt. out of respect for the establishment (my first visit). Told the haircutter was stuck in traffic. (Somehow I managed to be on time). As I got up to leave 25 minutes later, I heard the receptionist on the phone whispering , "You had a 9 am appointment today" but still being told haircutter is stuck in traffic. Please dont waste peoples time and then lie about it. Very disappointing.

In the last two weeks Ive had three different women ask where I got my hair cut. That should be testimony enough. My hair is thin and fine—without a good cut, it looks like nothing. A close friend is a top stylist for Aveda. Since moving away, I havent been able to find a someone as talented, someone I can trust—until now. Annie Kim is terrific!

I love Scarlett Rose. The entire staff is terrific. Diana always manage to accommodate my scheduling requests around my crazy work schedule. Love my haircuts and color from Bianca, Flavia is an eyebrow master and Consuela does an amazing mani/pedi. So happy to have found this salon!!
