My husband and I recently went to a wedding reception here on Nov 3, 2012. One of the waitresses dropped plates with salad and utensils on the floor next to my husband. The salad dressing spilled all over his jacket and shirt. When we got home with the jacket we also found that there was a slit in the jacket ruining it. My girlfriend and I took the jacket back to the owner of this restaurant to show him and tell him what had happened at the reception. We were treated with disrespect, hostility, and made to feel like we were trying to scam him. I have never been treated so terrible in my life. At one point he turned his back and started to walk away dismissing us. He said he would clean the jacket at his special cleaners but would do nothing about the hole/slit in the jacket which ruined it. So, we went to a wedding and ended up with a complete suit ruined which was not our fault. I work with the public all the time and if I treated someone that way I would be fired on the spot!!!

I was going to have my wedding here, but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to postpone it. Now I need to book another venue. I lost my deposit, but if I pay another deposit they will make a new contract, but they wont use the deposit that they already have from me, they want me to pay again. They say they "lost money" for the date I booked which I only had booked for 3 months and it was 8 months in advance when they say they book 1 Year in advance for weddings, but that date was not taken 8 months in advance and it was not a Saturday. They wont let me book another venue it has to be a wedding but they wont book the date I want for my wedding.... What a mess and a loss of money. I am not going to Pay again when you already have my money that you now have for doing nothing. Its bad enough I had to cancel my wedding, but loosing that much money too and not being able to reschedule for the date I want... and having to re-pay the deposit for the same thing... This doesnt make sense.

Asim has worked magic at A Villa Louisa!! He has transformed the grounds which are perfect to provide beautiful pictures of your special event, renovated the interior and exterior of the grand ballroom, and makes FANTASTIC food, from the hors doeuvres to the prime rib! At my wedding I got SOO many compliments from guests about the place AND especially the food (even chefs by trade)! Asim was so accommodating and willing to work with our vision (and budget)! I highly recommend A Villa Louisa for a beautiful and delicious wedding celebration!

We had a buffet dinner for 20 delivered on Christmas Eve and everyone raved about the food. The sirloin tips and the chicken piccata could not have been more juicy or tender. Everything was a perfect temperature. We had more than enough food for everyone. The delivery man was cheerful adding to the celebratory mood. Thank you for making this Christmas Eve one of our best EVER! Well be using you again in 2014 for sure! Happy New Year. PS - We decided to use your service after attending one of your delicious Sunday brunches at the Villa.

I was a photographer at a wedding that had A Villa Louisa as their caterer. And let me tell you everyone was amazing, they not only made sure that all the guests were taken care of, but they also made sure that I was taken care of. Normally a photographer is just ignored into the background and is an after thought but Angela and her staff made sure to make me feel like I was important too. And their food WOW the food was beyond amazing, has to be the best food Ive tasted at any wedding including mine.

I have been to The Villa Louisa several times to DJ events and I am always impressed with the staff. They are very professional and curtious. The facility itself has been recently remodeled and looks fantastic. They also have an on site location for wedding ceremonies. It is one of the lesser known, nice venues in the area for hosting an event. I give them a thumbs up.
