Bad experience. Ordered lunch for 7 people. Called ahead of time and was told minimum of $75 in order to get delivered. Called 1 hour later with the orders and was told that they could not deliver ("booked") and that they did not consider this catering anyway (total $93.00). Asked to pick up order at 11:30 am, no problem. Arrived at 11:20 am to pay. Waited until 11:45 am for the order, after being told it would just be a "few minutes". No utensils (salads were ordered), not enough napkins, 4 "side dishes" (chips, baguettes; not enough for 7 people) and sloppy presentation (sandwiches seemed hastily wrapped). As a result of the order not being ready on time, I arrived late for the lunch that I had organized for my team at work. The only part that was good was the food but after all of this, I lost my appetite and will never eat at Panera again (in West Lebanon or elsewhere).

Its 430 on a weekday afternoon and it took almost 20 minutes to order because we all had ask Sarah at the checkout and order cash register position questions about six times to understand what the Hell we were going to get in our order. No customer service here. No verbal explanatory skills either When I refill come drop behind the counter and onto the floor dropped while I was paying the bill no one picked it up and I just walked away. I give up on this place Ive tried before and its SOS When received our to go order there was no cutlery – no napkins even available on the whole restaurant floor- SOS & BS Subway wouldve been better actually I know it wouldve been

Normally I never have anything bad to say about Panera. But I stopped at the Lebanon one today for a quick bite before heading another hour-and-a-half home and asked for the turkey cheddar and apple sandwich grilled. Im not sure what happened but it was soggy and half the bread was missing on one side. I think it must have stuck to the grill. Just an fyi that the cook could have done a better job. Maybe I should have sent it back and gotten a new one but I was hungry. And next time Ill ask for it to be crispy not just slightly heated.

ALL,ALL coffee erns empty. Half & half empty. Told an associate and was the least bit interested. It took someone about 5 minutes to bring out 1 ern and about 20 inutes to bring out another.This was in West Lebanon NH. Second time within a week that service was not acceptable. They do not offer a survey site on line. If they keep this up l will no longer go to this location.

Great food and lots of healthy options. Best part is that they let you sample soups so you know you arent getting something you might not like. Place was clean. Only downfall is the wait times but I think thats due to them being understaffed; something that could be solved by installing touchscreen order kiosks like most other Paneras have.

Incompetence reigns here. You want a quick meal, you want your order to be correct, you expect restrooms to be stocked with toilet paper? Well if so, you came to the WRONG place. I would recommend going to any of the other surrounding establishments. DO NOT COME HERE unless youre a masochist and you love a time suck and poor service.

We checked this place out because friends said it was great. We went for breakfast but were not very impressed. The food is okay but we expected gourmet quality for the price. Everything tasted like it came from a boxed mix or was previously frozen. The coffee was no where near as good as Dunkin Donuts and more expensive.

Waited in line for over 15 minutes, sweating my ass off in what had to be 80 degree temperatures. The line didnt move at all except to accommodate more people coming in behind me. I left without the pastries I had been so looking forward to. Not cool Panera. Not. Cool.

This Panera location is always busy - which is a result of both their location and good service. The staff are efficient and responsive, and they keep the restaurant very clean. Its always good to order ahead if you can do it, to save time waiting on line.

Its a nice place to stop by for a quick dinner, but I wish the portions were bigger. The food is great however, and the seating is great (there is a fire you can relax next to. Nice touch).
