Rude director when our daughters attended. I kept getting very contradicting information minutes apart depending on staff I talked to. I brought this information to The staff attention because someone saing they were with my kids all day and they were great and then another saying they were with them and they were horrible etc. This happened multiple times. This made no sense. Then when I say I have to contact dcf and The daycares upper management The staff then file false allegations against my daughter and we called dcf and after there investigations they found a ton of miscommunication amongst staff and contradicting reports of staff on the same days. In the end of horrible investigation dcf said could find no real evidence that my daughter had done anything the safe reported her for and the old director apologized and then shortly later said she was resigning. If you care and love your children I would not trust this place for the simple fact that they were disorganized and had horrible communication and then when called out the day care staff filed false reports to lash out at our daughter and I to probably protect themselves which terrified and terrorized my daughter and our family. Apologies only go so far.

Small place and the director is so rude! Always in the rush and never able to help, even on the phone. Worst experience Ive had! After weeks of trying to obtain a registration form for my child to attend at this daycare, the only response I get back is "Im too busy, call next week!". My fiancée has called as well, and the same director "Star", had responded with the same answers. Im glad Im not putting my child at this daycare. I would not recommend this place to no one.

Disorganized. Director is extremely rude and constantly changing rates, policies and adding fees. The rest of the staff was nice enough though. I took my son out of there as soon as I could
