Beauty Mark Salon offered a living social deal for a discount on a hot stone manicure pedicure recently. I went there and they gave me the regular treatments (not hot stone). I didnt realize it until I saw the voucher and I had already left. I called and asked them what they could do as they did not give the service that was published and they said "nothing." That is unacceptable. I understand shouldve noticed the treatment information on the voucher but they had the apt and knew it was a living social and they saw the voucher when I came in. I also signed up for the massage and when I originally called to book the appointment they were oversubscribed through living social so their appointments were so far out I had to book months later after the living social expiration date and they told me that if I missed this one appointment that that would be it, I would get the expired value only. I did miss the appointment, I was just newly engaged and my reminders did not come up on my calendar, my fault, I understand. I had to book this so far out that at least they could help out by sending a reminder call. I called to see if there was anything I can do and they told me that they can only give me the expired coupon amount and I can book an apt in October (4 months out) if I wanted to come. They are booked until then. If you cant give good customer service, then cap your subscriptions. Living social is there to help you get new business, not new bad reviews.

I dont recommend this salon...It took me 3 separate trial runs for my wedding updue. The first time I went, Liza was unable to braid my hair and I left with no idea how my hair would look on my wedding day. The second time I went, she pawned me off on one of her new hairstylists (even though my apt. was with Liza and I drove over an hour to see her). The hour I was there, the stylist was unable to put my hair up. The last time I went (a week before my wedding) we finally figured it out, and I did love the final result. She quoted me a certain price prior to my booking and on the day of my wedding said she would not honor it because after all I did have 3 trial updues. She refused to give me a receipt, which I called over 4 times for in the course of 6 months, she claimed her computer crashed. In my opinion, the whole situation was unprofessional.

I rarely write reviews for any place but I absolutely love this salon! Liza has a natural gift with hair, she does an amazing job every time. She is very professional with the way she handles everything. Even though I never need to, she always asks me if I do not like it, to let her know and she will fix the problem. The staff are sweethearts as well. They always make you feel welcome and comfortable there. Ive been through my share of salons and Beauty Mark is by far the best. Once you go there, you wont go anywhere else.

Beauty Mark Salon is one of the best salons I have ever been to. The customer service is outstanding from the time you walk in the door until you leave. The stylists do everything they can to make you welcomed and comfortable. The salon is clean and inviting. I have never left there unhappy with my haircut or color. The stylists take the time to give you exactly what you want. I would highly recommend this Salon to any of my friends.

Love this shop...its large enough to give the best treatments. They really enjoy their performing their craft. Everyone is spectacular and very welcoming. Ive moved out of state but when I know Im coming I make my appointment because I just cant seem to get anyone else to get it right!...they are worth my 2700 mile trip. I love them all and miss them even more!

A wonderful place with many talented people working there. Ive been going there for years and now my whole family goes there and so do several people from my work. Highly recommend this salon for anything from waxing and nails to difficult color applications and special day styles.
