Low cost, great basic gym variety & friendly staff. Parking & available exercise machines & weights plus numerous cardio options, treadmill, elliptical, bike, step & studio room for classes. Additionally a small female only circuit & treadmill room off to side. Plenty of Men & women lockers, never full. Showers.

I come up to this area of CT on the weekends and joined this Club24, which is a great gym. Its open 24/7 Monday through Friday! Unfortunately, it closes at 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
