I work for a furniture repair company. Murphy Moving requested us to repair items that they damaged in a move. The owner Dennis Knapp badgered us to hustle out and get this done. Murphy was called from the customers house to confirm pricing for the work. The repairs were completed promptly and immaculately and the invoice was submitted the same day. It has been 1 full year since we did the work and they have not only not paid us the modest amount, they refuse to return our calls when we inquire about the matter. We have called them and resent faxes DAILY. Every single time we call, Debbie (the secretary) says Dennis is not in. Then, when we say this matter requires immediate attention, Debbie gets frustrated and says were holding her up from receiving other calls. WOW, they were happy to hammer us with phone calls until we gave their job immediate priority and were immediately available when we confirmed pricing for the work but now theyre ignoring us. Im sure they must treat their moving customers the same way. This is the most unethical business I have ever encountered. Dont get anywhere near this company whether to use them as a mover or to do business with them. You will regret it.

These people are liars, deceivers, and dishonest. Several of my expensive items were missing (and they packed everything up) or were broken when delivered. And always excuses. The owners only care about getting the money. They are NOT willing to pay you back for what is missing or stolen. They wont even talk to you when you have a complaint. Never will use them again and I hope to spread this around town.

AVOID! NEVER consider using these crooks. They lie, they cheat, they do nothing they claim they will. You will regret it if you ever dare to hire these unprofessional thieves.
