Must have come on a bad day... Took my mom in for a shampoo and blowout.. I cut her hair in the AM , blew it out myself, so the girl could see how she wears it. She has a problem washing it in the shower, so we went to Sams. Now, my moms hair is very easy, very stylish to do, you only need a blow dryer and your fingers. Cut over the ear, blown back and up, spiked, one sprits of hairspray on your fingers to spike it up. I could not believe what this girl did to her... My mother looked ridiculous. The girl blew her out flat, with a brush, then had to use a 1 inch iron, to try and give it lift. Took a brush, flattened it all out and sprayed it down.. I was so embarrassed for my mother and this young lady. She asked me "is that alright?" I was honest with her and said no but I would fix it in the car, which I did... The next day it was redone again.... Now, before you get on me, I have to say this.... Many years ago, I was a general supervisor for Great Expectations, Command Performances and yes, Fantastic Sams. I dont know what the rules are now, for owning these franchises but back then, the owner could not be a beautician. I would meet with the prospective owners, show them available areas, hire the staff, as well as other aspects of the job. I can tell you this..the young woman who did my mothers hair, would never have been hired. She lacks what it takes to be in this field, right now. Perhaps more training would help. She was pleasant , I will give her that. Now ,the young man working next to her, he knew what he was doing. He was artistic, looked very stylish and was quite sure of himself, I only wish he wasnt doing a color when we arrived. Also some products you were selling, can be found in your local CVS & Walgreens...I was surprised to see that on the shelves. I wont go back again . Im glad for you, that these other posters seem happy with your store. I didnt realize there was another shop in the same plaza, perhaps that would have been a better experience....

ive been to MANY solons in my life. then i finally found THE ONE. You know the one who knows you. who does your hair just right! BUT then i moved. i looked and looked and finally found ELI and Fantastic Sams! Man she is awesome!!! she knew my hair! ( mind you ive had it everywhere from long past the middle of my back and now spiky short evy reallyyy knows how to take care of me!) the rest of the staff is super friendly! my husband has never let a female cut his hair ( hes had bad experiences before) but now he wont go to anyone but her .... highly recommend her and f.s.

Ive been here several times and each time the staff is friendly and very personable. This most recent visit Ashley hooked my hair up! I go to Jesus to give me unique undercuts as well. Ashley took my hair from a brassy fried mess to a beautiful multi dimensional blonde and gave me a perfect cut to remove all the unhealthy hair while maintaining my length. I could not be happier and will be back for my routine highlight touch ups! If you are getting a long service I recommend that you make an appointment as they are very busy.

I went in June for a last min cut and style, the shampoo chair was VERY comfortable! I usually suffers from neck pain, but not here, my body was very relax, your feet even go up. The stylist was a man, i wish i got his name. He was great! Offered me water, played music i liked. I wasnt sure what i wanted and he did what he thought would be good and it was great! Im going back with my daughter and crossing fingers for the save service.

Great place to go get ur hair done !!!! Classy and affordable Great stylists , staff is friendly and very accommodating !!!!! The manager Kim and her staff are very professional and friendly !!!! Very warm environment , its nice to be able to walk in get what you want done and not have to wait , fully staffed !!!!! I rate this full service salon 5 stars !!!!!

My 3year old cut her hair it was bad she cut 10 inchs off only five days before her birthday these ladies took her in and not only fixed a disaster they were kind and so talented the place is super nice and clean love it my oldest is schedule Friday for her hair apoinment new hair place
