I walked in today at 9:15am & was greeted by Vanessa. She walked over & said hello its nice to see you back. She was very polite & knew how my hair was cut previously. Vanessa again gave me the most efficient & thorough haircut I ever had that I could remember. Vanessa was professional, courteous & highly experienced. Ive been going to this great clips for almost 2 years. 10 different hair stylists that have cut my hair & Ill keep coming back & refer other friends & family thanks to Vanessa & great clips Enfield Ct.

This place is a rip off. I specified all I wanted was to have my split ends cut off (no more than an inch). It was done in 5 minutes and got charged $14. The full price for a haircut. My first and last time going to this place. This place ripped me off! Cutting split ends is not a haircut. A haircut is not done in 5 minutes but you have the audacity to charge full price!!! Stay away from this hairsalon!

This was the worst haircut ive ever had..I ask for a inch off and trim layers...2 inches or more off they added more layers and very uneven. Was super rush job I didnt even get a chance to look at it before being moved out. I will tell everyone I know that this place is horrible and let them know Vanessa was the person who cut my hair and I tipped her well too. What a fool I was....never again..

Extremely pleasant staff did not get snippy (haha! Ha! ha...) at a particularly long Veterans Day crowd that had arrived for free haircuts. Theyre also a whole dollar less expensive than any of the other chain barbers in the area. Will definitely be back!

Been there more than half a dozen times, and except for one time when he trimmed more than an inch of what was necessary, I got what I asked for. Online check in works for me. And they are pretty polite :)

I have gone here a half dozen times and had a good experience. there was one time i went and the girl missed some spots but besides that one time i had a good experience and everyone there is polite.
